Holes In Clothes
My brother bought me a pair of pyjamas from next as a gift for Christmas, I have worn the pyjamas two nights and have noticed holes forming in the pyjama bottoms. Since sewing the holes I have now noticed a further 3 holes formed in the pyjamas. The quality is awful for the price my brother paid, unfortunately as I tried to fix the pyjamas I feel I won't be able to return.

Shocking Designs And Colours
What has happened to Next? I used to love your products but now leave your store depressed by the muddy,dull colours and shapeless clothes. My friends have als commented saying they have seen better looking clothes in charity shops. I can't even buy clothes for my grandchildren and again can't understand why pale pink baby girl clothes now come in a shade reminiscent of a wash that has had colour run. So disappointing. Please change your designers and give us some normal clothes without frills, sparkle,awful patterns and in colours we can identify. I wouldn't take your clothes if they were offered free!

Shockingly Bad From Start To Finish Still Dont Have My Order
Nothing is priced (Home) or what colours it comes in, place order which they get wrong, call customer care (Which is a joke) 1 40 min on hold, nothing sorted out, finally get through and they cant help, then change our order to something else, call customer care and again another 1 hour on hold, delivery comes and boxes are missing and cannot tell us when we will get the rest CURRENTLY HAVE NO BED TO SLEEP ON, AVOID THIS TERRIBLE UNORGANISED JOKE OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Dirty Shirt With A Cheaper Price Tag
I placed an order earlier this week for a shirt for myself and a pair of shoes for my daughter, the items were collect yesterday and whilst the shoes were fine I had a couple of issues with the shirt.
Firstly I paid £24 for it but when it arrived it had a tag showing it was only £22, not a huge difference but a difference nonetheless.
The more concerning issue for me was that not only was the collar of the shirt dirty there was also a black mark on the shirt.
Certainly not what o expect from Next and will think twice before ordering online with them again.

The Worst Online Shopping Experience Of My Entire Life
GENUINELY THE WORST - I ordered a gift card online as a Christmas present. The next day I was called and told that I needed to give my date of birth in order to complete the order. Having already paid by credit card I found this strange, and said I did not want an account. They said they would cancel the account after this purchase. I then emailed Next to give them some feedback about their system which I found ridiculous. Their response to the criticism was to ask for my date of birth, they cannot discuss customer experience without it apparently. A week later, when the gift card had not arrived I telephoned, spoke to approximately 400 people (this may be an exaggeration), each one of whom wanted my date of birth ,my shoe size, inside leg and every address I have lived at since birth. It turns out that they had taken my money but had not sent out the gift card and in order to refund me they now needed my bank details. UNBE-F******-LIEVABLE!!!!!!!
To be honest I could have lived with it all if the customer service and attitude were anything other than unhelpful and rude. They clearly do not value their customers at all.
