I Placed An Order With Wallis But Had To Return So
I placed an order with Wallis but had to return some of the Items . They refunded me for all apart from One of the Items . They were all returned to Wallis in the same package and that was 3 months ago and Several emails later I am still waiting for the refund . They said I should take it up with the Courier company which is Laughable as they have received the return goods back but they are saying the Item I am-awaiting a refund for they can't trace .
Unfortunately you cant speak to anyone and are only Contactable by email or

The Worst Store
The worst store I've ever shopped in !. I've been fighting for a few weeks for a refund for the returned pants but unfortunately Wallies won't give it to me. So at the moment I have neither pants nor money.

don' shop at Wallis online. I ordered 3 pairs of trousers received two. The took £66.20 for three pairs, only refunded me £40.60 for two pairs I returned. They are
refusing to credit me despite sending copy of bank account showing payment to Wallis
Wallis Going All Dowdy
Since my early 20's I always regarded Wallis as a store that sold good quality, stylish, fashionable garments and accessories ahead of all other ladies fashion stores in the High Street. Prices were always slightly higher than similar outlets, but I was always prepared to pay extra in order to wear something that looked good and would last. However, over the years, the fashions are less desirable, boring, repetitive and cheap looking. Their shops look sparse and it is just rail after rail of gear that doesn't appeal to me despite the fact that I'm in my early 60's. However, I still like to look fashionable and stylish in well made clothes. What is the problem? I think Asda has a better selection of clothing, styles of which almost change weekly and the material/construction quality is as good as Wallis but a lot cheaper in price - not appearance. While Wallis has the same limited range on show for 6 months to a year. I rarely go in these days as nothing catches my eye. I wish I was their fashion buyer or even designer (I have a degree in design and I can sew). What is going wrong?

Purchased a coat half price Black Friday payment taken 4 days later had dispatch email tacking number yodel, item never arrived with yodel, no reply to emails or submitted online forms rang customer service 22'times got through 3 times waited over 30 minutes a time, to be told the item is lost and we won't replace even though we're at fault so you will have to pay double, then he told me he reinbursed my account which still hasn't seen the money back avoid at all costs read trust pilot about Wallis, this is the Arcadia group also linked to Dorothy Perkins top shop burton etc

Dismal Customer Service
I received a gift voucher, however, our local Wallis store (Harrogate) will not accept them. On line they do not have my size (although there are 5 my size in Harrogate). If they had my size on line it could have been delivered free to Harrogate!!) Wallis will not refund gift vouchers. My only option is to drive a 60 mile round trip to York to collect item. I suggested one could be returned to the warehouse and then sent to me using voucher but it seems stock can only go one way. DO NO purchase a gift voucher from Wallis unless you are positive your store takes them and what you want is available.
Lowering Standards
I completely agree that this brand has gone down the pan the last few years. I used to purchase lots of nice quality and stylish garments through your stores and franchises but now the items look as though they are in a jumble sale and just look tacky. Such a shame"
Absolutely Horrendous Service
i paid extra for express delivery and was informed i would receive the items the next day Rubbish!! i received it the next day at 6.30 pm!! was too late in coming so returned the parcel to the delivery man unopened. would noyt recommend wallis to anybody.

Summer Skirts
Where have all the pretty long summer skirts gone?? I always shopped at Wallis for summer skirts but the last few years there has been no choice at all, mostly tops and dresses, very disappointing because it used to be a great shop
