Missing Item That They Refuse To Replace Or Refund
I have an item missing from my order. I have asked Warehouse to refund me. They say they have footage that shows the item went in my parcel. I can confirm i did not receive the item and I have asked to see the footage. They are refusing to show me their footage. I know i did not receive the item and therefore i cannot see how there is any footage to prove i did. I feel like they are saying I am untruthful and this has ruined any positive feeling about their brand. Do not buy from Warehouse they do not value their customers.

Distribution Centre On Go Slow
I purchased an item at the Cheltenham store which i later returned to Warehouse's distribution centre. Prior to returning the item I contacted customer service and received a returns code. Almost a month has past but no refund!. Apparently they are being very slow with the returns and asked me to be patient. I email the customer service weekly but no result.
How long does it take to process a refund ?? Perhaps they have serious cash flow problems and need my £52 ??
Same here still waiting on email even confirming they have my return its funny how quickly they take your money though

Tried to use gift card to order online, it failed so contacted Warehouse customer service....4 days later and I still cannot get a response from them. Have been advise response in 24 hours, then 12 hours...still nothing. Exactly the same thing happened last time I tried to use a gift card - when they eventually sorted it out on the previous occasion, they sent me a new code....but for Oasis, not Warehouse. Let them know, they did not respond. No apologies, staff unhelpful.

10 Days since order, still no item. Apparently delivery has already been attempted twice but I haven't been in... Strange as its being delivered to my work address, so there is someone here all day everyday. Although the tracking information still says its on its way to the courier, and has said that since 24/01/17.
Never again will I use Warehouse only. Non existent customer service, not even a phone number provided, just a 48hr email response, bearing in mind you may never get a response. Not the first time I've had issues with Warehouse. I will never use them again.

i have had the same issue where it says it is at the courier and hasnt come.
The contact details are non-existent, it even claims it has a live chat but when you go onto the link it is only a form online which is ridiculously slow.
i ordered the other day though and got the goods within 2 days, delivered on a sunday too!! :)

Worst shoping experience ever. Rude store manager at The Fort shopping park Birmingham. I was in the the process of purchasing a dress of around £50 had a £20 gift card and student ID I waitied for around 20 minutes for the store manager to come down to the shop floor to help with the till as my gift card was saying invalid after 30 minutes she managed to get the till to work and manged to use the gift card gave my student ID card where she replied "too late as she has already put the transaction through" and I was unable to use it and could not even get a refund and re-put the transaction through as the money off the gift card had already gone through. When I replied to cancel the whole thing and in this case I no longer wanted the dress I waited 30 minutes for she switched and replied "I don't know
Who you think your talking too" I was so baffled to to her comment and found her to be so insulting that from today I would no longer purchase from warehouse although I was a regular shopper here I as loved the style of clothing just this experience alone I will from now on take my custom elsewhere.

I placed an order 10 days ago and delivery was 3-5 days, this was a gift for my daughter going on holiday, the dress did not arrive by the 5 day so I contacted them through email, the response said the would answer within 48hrs, redicukous time, after 48 hrs still nothing so I resent the same email and still nothing, I was then advised to email from my own email rather than the automated system and I did revive a reply, saying they would look into it and get back to me, and guess what still nothing, another 48hrs later I have sent another email, I will never shop with them again and only wish I had read the reviews before doing this, not sure how this will end

I have had 2 terrible experiences online with Warehouse and wouldn't recommend anyone use them. The most recent one was using their 20% off code which didn't work! but I was assured it would be refunded once the order was dispatched. Having already spoken to their customer service twice and paying for next day delivery I received a message saying my items had been dispatched and would arrive the following day, only the following day I received a message from the courier saying the parcel was delayed but no correspondence from Warehouse. I waited but nothing and emailed twice, still nothing. So I went to their online chat, and was told the item weren't available but they could probably source them from store and they might send them, and apparently this was still okay and within the time frame laid out in their term and conditions!!!! I requested a refund, which I got, and asked to have someone in management look at how this whole situation had happened. They got back to me and offered a 15% good will discount, 5% less than I could get online!!! What a joke, but at least I got my money back this time, the last time it took 2 months!!!!
Stay away, if you like something, go in store and buy it!!!

I had ordered a dress off this website which was £70 so was expecting a lot. Received the dress within 4days and was lovely on. Bought this dress for a wedding, got to the ceremony to be confronted and told that I had a massive tear on the back of my dress, had no other outfit ruined my hole day/night and the dress continued to fall apart through out the night! Will not be buying from this company again!! I have emailed them but not had a response yet!
Not 25% Off As Promised
Today, I received my order in the post, which was a day later than expected, no biggy as such, however... a necklace, very well wrapped, is broken. So will return. Fine.
Today I decided to place another order, using the Grazia offer of 25% off full priced items. Nope. Not fully given. I paid and then calculated that they overcharged me by almost £10!! Can't believe it, it seems devious and on purpose. So, now I've emailed their customer service (which seems to be the ONLY way of contacting them) and have attached a copy of the check out page, which shows the code that I used and the minus £3.99 for free postage for spending over £50. Even if I have to pay for postage, it still doesn't add up.
I'm so furious with them and after today, I can't imagine I will ever use their site again!
