The person I dealt with in sales form Lakeside was very helpful at very short notice due to an emergency at a school on a Friday morning for work to be carried out on Saturday.

The scaffold was delivered by Friday lunchtime,Then collection was made on Monday as planned.

When you hire equipment its not always easy to explain what you need, but when a company has the confidence to create all the answers on a clear concise website, you have the ability to order the exact items you need and see the prices and what all your various parts and bits and pieces amounts to. The process is even followed up by a phone call confirming what you have ordered and checking on your delivery schedule, how many companies do that ?

The equipment arrived in very good condition with full detailed paper work on how to erect it and also what procedure to follow when you have completed your hire and finished with it. I was working to a bit of a dead line and to get the equipment delivered with a couple of days of my order, all complete nothing missing was spot on.

Wow, what can I say, I was nicely surprised. I spoke with lovely guy who was so helpful today. I told him what I wanted and he made sure I got the right size to meet the need, which saved me a bit of money as the one I was considering was a bit more expensive. I am glad to get someone that understands what real customer service is about appose to trying to get me to part with my money. Thank you, you were a breath o fresh air.
