Purchased 3 bags of this manure yesterday from Ray Grahams and asked for an assistant to put it in the car. When I got home I found that they had put a burst/damaged bag of manure in my car which they had attempted to seal using tape. No one would ever have picked this bag up so they clearly thought that I was some stupid woman who wouldn’t notice. I certainly noticed as I had manure leaking out into my boot which damaged my car and had to be cleaned.

They knowingly tried to deceive me and sell me damaged goods and in doing so damaged my car which had to be cleaned immediately. Avoid this deceitful company at all costs, they couldn’t even apologise and tried to pawn me off saying these things happen. Check everything this shop sells you as their ethics cannot be trusted.

Had several of these over my working life. Never let me down, they do wear out eventually.

Having failed to obtain the correct item because dimensions provided by Google were hopelessly misleading, Ray Grahams web site provided correct dimensions for different Baxi ashpans to easily discern the actual item required. It was dispatched when stated and delivered as promised. In addition Ray Grahams advertised stocks of Baxi tools which other “suppliers” claimed were no longer available or made or even claimed they knew nothing about! Others approached were unable to comply because their supplier / wholesaler had stopped stocking or gone out of business.

Well done Ray Grahams keep up the excellent service. I for one will come straight to your site for future household needs I would expect a builders merchant to be able to provide.
