Would I Use Them Again?.....defintely Not!
Product was not correct as it had been incorrectly described on the website.
Delivery was a joke. Not delivered on day requested and on the day it was to be delivered the driver said he had delivered it when he had not.

I waited in several times for delivery only to find out that a "system error" had occurred and that the courier didn't even have them!
I felt that their systems did not allow them to know what was going on.
Very bad experience :-(
They did credit my postage, but I just wanted reliability.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Finally delivered a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables 3 months after they should have done after not turning up when booked, then delivering furniture so battered it looked like it had been recovered from a skip. Poor customer service who do the exact opposite of what they say on their website.
Avoid this retailer at all costs as you will be disappointed even though you think you may have found a bargain.

The cushions of my leather sofas, bought two and a half years ago are sagging so badly that I can only sit in the middle. I thought the sofas were guaranteed for 10 years but beware because only the frame is covered.
the most expensive and worst sofas I have ever had in my live and I am over 60!

Please please please do not buy from these people I cannot begin to tell you the grief we have had from waiting nearly 3 months to getting furnaturee to arriving (not when it was supposed too.!) it just crumbled when we tried to build it. Do not buy from them you will regret it!

Worst Company Ever !! Customers Service Are A Joke
No delivery, no managers to escalate problems to.Only wish I had read the customer reviews on this site prior to attempting to purchase furniture from MFI. Loosing the will to live waiting on anyone getting back to me.

Delivery - What Delivery
I ordered a bath and panel over 1 week ago - money taken straight from my account.
Delivery was supposed to have been yesterday - no contact and no delivery.
I've phoned twice today to find out what has happened and after asking for a manager or supervisor they finally contacted the courier. My items were still sitting in their depot having not gone out today.
I'm now waiting for the courier to contact me to arrange delivery.
The delivery cost £29 and they are supposed to advise a 3hr time slot on the day - none of this happened.
If you have any regard for your sanity go somewhere else.
UPDATE
Jerked around again today by MFI Customer Services and their courier.
I was promised by Couriers yesterday that it would be out today - when I phoned to check with MFI it wasn't.
Couriers just phoned to say that it would be out tomorrow - Friday - when I said that in that case I would be cancelling the order they then decided that they would get it out this afternoon. I'll believe that when I see it.
I live 30 mins / 20 miles from depot, just of A24, not in the back of nowhere.

Still Waiting For Bedroom Furniture
Ordered bedroom furniture on 31st may ,the order can on 6th June ,doors to wardrobe were damaged so phoned mfi to complain and another set were ordered.AGain had a delivery date as13th June ,the doors arrived and again were damaged ,having taken another day of work and waited in for this delivery I was not happy so again phoned mfi to see what was going on and why was it that the doors were damaged again .Customer service were not very helpful and each time they said they would ring me back they never did ,I sent a email of complaint on the 10th June and am still waiting for some one to get back to me looks like I will never get a reply.Another delivery date was arranged for 24th June so had another day of work only for them to be delivered damaged again (someone is taking the mick now) phoned yet again and was told some one will phone me back on that same night that call was never made.Have phoned again to speak to a team leader who as always is busy am now waiting for them to call me back wonder if they will.

I Wouldn't Touch Mfi With A Barge Pole.
2 failed deliveries after taking the mornings off work to be at home. Never reply to emails or return phone calls. What a waste of time and money, will be going into new house this week with no bedroom furniture.
