Have used Harveys for many years and once again I am delighted with my purchase.

My husband and I visited the store to purchase an eternity ring to celebrate my birthday. Excellent service throughout our visit and we decided on a beautiful design which was to be handmade. We were kept updated with the progress of the ring whilst it was being made. Many thanks to the 'backroom' staff who made the ring, exceptional quality and I am so happy to be wearing a fabulous piece of jewellery. Thanks to all involved.

Visited this shop about 2 weeks ago for the first time as we were just browsing for our wedding rings. Was approached by a young girl who showed us some wedding rings and didn't feel pushy as most other shops we entered felt at ease and was impressed with the level of knowledge. To put a long story short we were very impressed and bought two wedding rings and are very happy with them. Very polite young girl and felt very welcome. Thank u everyone at Harvey's!

Bought a diamond ring, diamonds have fallen out on three occasions, after a repair and remake I am still being refused a refund. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude. Quick enough to take money but beware if you want a refund because you will not get one! Have reported to trading standards who have told me I am well within my rights to demand a refund, yet Harvey's the jewellers do not seem to think they have to give me one after selling me faulty goods!

Took my engagement ring to be resized (Up 2 Sizes) to P (Note came back that it was badly worn, I asked for an estimate to restore ring to a good condition or any necessary work as they suggested. I asked for a phone call before doing anything, I received the phone call with the estimate I then asked how much was the ring worth he said between £2300.00 to £2800.00 so I said I would go ahead with the work. four weeks later after me chasing it up. I said before I pick it up I would like a valuation as well. Extremely looking forward to picking up my ring. Disaster Struck the ring didn’t fit, the valuation was £1000.00 below what I was told and still could not wear the ring I went in the shop for in the first place? They offered to return it to the workshop to resize the ring I said NO that’s the whole reason I brought it in in the 1st place. I am Not happy at all with everything totally dissatisfied with the result. Dissatisfied, Disgusted and very unhappy with it all.

Only went into this shop for a battery for my watch as I was passing. I took it to TAG and was quoted £70 for a battery and seal!!! Went into the shop and had the same job done for 25 took a week and the young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all my friends and family. I am looking to buy a gift for my partner soon an will defiantly be coming into this shop more in the future!

I came into the shop to have a browse as I have been on the look out for an engagement ring for a while, me and my partner spotted a ring we adored and the lady showed it to us and helped us understand what we were buying, she was very friendly and relaxed us both. I am over the moon with my ring and had been shopping around for a while and very pleased I settled with Harvey's! Thank you for the great service and beautiful ring. I will defiantly be back for my wedding ring !

Great shop. Wife had her engagement ring redesigned and was very happy with it. Not a problem with it to this day, was giving great advice and have shopped here for years. Great jewellers, quality products and lovely staff. Would defiantly recommend to people. Aftetcare offers free of charge cleaning and checking of jewellery which is much appreciated!

We were overwhelmed with a friendly hospitality shown, who spent I'm sure a lot more time discussing the pros and cons of the benefits of the rings we were buying. I would highly recommend Harvey's the jewellers to any of my friends and colleagues. P.s great after service i'e cleaning of the rings.

I bought my wives engagement ring five years ago and also hers and my own wedding rings three years ago. We have them cleaned and polished free of charge on a regular bases. The last time I took them in I had them re rhodium plated at a very special price and we are delighted they look just like new again. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would not go to any other jewellers.
