Wave Contemporary Jewellery

We have bought jewellery and watches at the Bowness and Kendal shops and have found the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

The lay out of the shop is contemporary and inviting with subtle lighting but everything is clearly displayed. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. I am disappointed that the Bowness store had to close and it would be nice to see some more new designers being introduced. Thank you.

I bought a beautiful Sarah Jordan ring for my wife from Wave, as they were the most competitively priced. It was an unusual style/design that required re-sizing twice, which is difficult to achieve when 300 miles away from the shop, but through photographs and emails and telephone calls was achieved and now fits beautifully my wife tells me. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times and listened to our requirements, even posting it when there would be someone at home to receive it.

Visited the Bowness store on a whim while on holiday. What started as a pleasant browse ended up with a fantastic purchase.

This was all down to the very friendly and personal involvement of Fiona who went above and beyond to ensure I purchased the most special surprise ring.

Thanks to Wave, my romantic notion was the best part of our holiday and my girlfriend says it couldn't be bettered.

Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly when ordering an item by telephone. The item was a gift for a friend who was delighted and was very pleased with the gift packaging.

Recently viewed a couple of watches unfortunately not in stock in Lancaster, the staff could not have been more helpful, sourcing the watch and super prompt delivery to the store.

I was looking for a silver chain - something different for a pendant.

I visited both Kendal and Lancaster and purchased from Lancaster.

Unfortunately I got it wrong and returned to Kendal to exchange for a different type altogether.

The assistant was very helpful and I am delighted with my exchange item.

Staff are able to order what you want from within the ranges they stock. Product knowledge is excellent as is the service. All the girls seem to love Jewellery. They will do their best to order what you request and keep you informed when it comes in. It's comfortable to browse around without pressure but the staff are helpful if you would like to try anything on.

Delighted with my purchase and the service is also great and not pressured . However after purchasing my earrings I was disappointed then to receive a 20% off voucher by e-mail the next day. This was bad timing and kind of rubbed my nose in it, as couldnt afford to buy anything else to take advantage of the offer.

Wave is always our first port of call when we are looking for presents for any occasion.

We love the choice of styles and the customer service is excellent.

The staff are always frienly and nothing is a problem for them.
