Awful Service Needs To Be Taken To Court

Been with them for 8 years. Every year the service has got worse. The last 3 years has plummeted beyond what you would expect if the service was Free.

Awful incompetent online ordering.

Rude unhelpful telephone staff, who can’t tell the truth.

Email replies that are rude, unhelpful and gob smackingly shambolic.

Please do your pocket a save ..don’t sign up because you can’t get out of their low quality, poor hygiene, broken heaters/cooler contract.

It rolls on and on and on very close to the biggest profiteering unfair contract that is verging on being I’ll legal!!

Avoid, avoid better to dehydrate !

Avoid Like The Plague

They tie you to a contract after yours expires without letting you know. The small print says you can then buy out for 3 months cost of bills or they will charge you for a full year you haven't signed up to! I am livid and it looks like every other review is as well. What an absolutely abysmal service. I don't know why a company would do this. This point above and their lack of communication and storage of customers notes are their downfall which has earned them a horrendous reputation within these forums.

Cannot Get Any Worse!

Angel Springs are completely useless and their customer service is diabolical.

You cannot get anywhere with their incompetent staff who wouldn't know how to organise a raffle at a kids party.

I've had such a terrible experience with Angel Springs from the moment they took over from a PHS Waterlogic contract and I cannot wait to get out of a contract with them and move over to a better supplier.

AVOID at all costs.

I have been with angel springs since sept 2011

And cancelled my contract Nov 2016 and was told I could only cancel 90days prior to my starting date , which I was unaware of , I don't remember ever reading this in the contract back in 2016 , so they have billed me £119.78 since November and still making this impossible to cancel and won't pick up the water cooler , omg they are making this impossible to cancel this machine , I will be contacting a citizen advise asap , avoid them 100% this is stressing me out so much ....

Avoid At All Costs !!

Was offered the 'free' trial, which I stupidly took. I really wasn't keen to go ahead, but as I'd been advised that a portion of the money went to a charity, I agreed to a 12 month contract. 6 months in, I'd had enough and advised them I wished to cancel the contract. They weren't keen. They agreed not to deliver anything further without my consent. They have never been out to service the cooler, so have reneged on their end of the contract.

At the end of october 2016, I again advised I wished to cancel my contract and have been advising them ever since, in both phone calls and emails. I keep being told they'll call me back, but never do. I've now paid them in full for the 12 month period and will not be paying anything any further. Have advised them to collect the cooler and bottles within 30 days; otherwise I intend to invoice them for storage.

They never return calls !

Steer Clear

No customer service what so ever. I have a dangerous water cooler which they won't collect. They can't provide copies of contracts and ignore all correspondence. I've stopped paying them to get their attention. Look forward to my day in court.

Absolute terrible company, avoid at all costs, they will rope you into a 3 year contract verbally on the phone, this company operates a very underhand way of doing business. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Tap Water At Spring Water Prices

We recently signed a contract with Angel "Springs" to supply us our spring water.

After a list of problems, heater not working, cooler not working, having to request the machine to be routinely cleaned.......

and having waited on the phone for in excess of 45mins a time!!!!

We asked if we could cancel our contract and were told we could if we paid 1.99 for each week left on the contract, even though Angel "Springs" had failed to deliver on their part of the contract.

Today the cooler has stopped working AGAIN!! as the water was at room temperature it tasted more like tap water, so i read the label on the bottle to see where the source of the water was....it says on the bottle "bottled in England at source". I called Angel "Springs" to answer my question, after much pondering, a response was given that the water is not from a spring at all but rather a bore hole!!!

I am hoping that now they may let me cancel my contract!!!!!!!!!!!!

We joined Angel Springs in August 2016 and have 2 deliveries between August and now - January! - and those two deliveries were only received because we had to keep ringing to say that our order had not been received! We received insincere apologies from their 'customer service' department. We were promised free water because of their ineptitude staff. This eventually turned up 6 weeks later. Tired of listening to them we asked them to send someone to take the machine away and end our 2 year contract with no penalties. Was told we had an outstanding invoice that needed to be paid - no invoices or the CREDIT (which was for the 'FREE' water) was received until the day we told them to cancel the order. They also lied about ringing through to our offices and leaving a message regarding the outstanding invoice - a copy of the recording has been requested from them and so far has not been sent through. We was also told we would have to pay 2 months 'rental' of the machine - a machine that couldn't be used because they delivered no water!!!! - which I am currently refusing to pay. How dare they try to charge for something that you cannot use. I am still waiting for their 'retention's' team to call me back with answers to my questions. Yet again I will have to chase them up for this. To this end, we advise to steer clear of this Company at all costs - they will cause you nothing but grief.

I am beyond thankful that I never got involved with this company. I had a representative come into my shop who asked if I wanted a FREE trial to test out their water machines. He assured me it wouldn't cost me a thing and that if I wasn't interested they would simply take the machine back. Fair enough I thought, and they brought me a machine. A week later he came back and asked "Any good?" I responded with it simply didn't really get used so isn't really needed. So he arranged for a collection which was prompt, someone came, collected it, that was that. I have then since received an invoice, wait for this - an invoice telling me that everything is free, because of course it was a free trial, however they're charging me for the piece of paper they've sent me. A paper billing fee of £1.75. They have added on VAT so are claiming that I owe them £2.22. I owe £2.22 for the piece of paper that didn't actually tell me anything. They are now constantly harassing me sending me letter after letter demanding this £2.22 and are now claiming they will be getting a debt recovery agency involved due to "my account" being overdue. Said account that shouldn't have even been created as I was having a free trial. Absolutely ridiculous company. Please just don't even entertain them. If they come into your establishment ask them to promptly leave because they're an absolute waste of time.
