Ordered a bike from Pedalon, I got the confirmation of order etc... Only to get an email a few hours later saying the item it not in stock. They offered me the 2020 bike at a discount but it was still almost £400 more expensive than the one I ordered. I asked if they could do anything else as a good will, e.g. some podium points or something else but they refused, I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to do anything else.

VERY DISAPOINTING.

Having purchased a Cannondale Supersix, it developed a bottom bracket problem which wrote off the frame. Pedal on were greta in getting a replacement sorted, built and sent back to me completely free of charge. These guys have always got time for you and i would thoroughly recommend them if after sales is important to you. Also they are competitively priced. Great work guys, keep it up.

Hi, I recently visited your store in tadley and was soo impressed I felt I had to write a review. I was after some cycling shoes for my time trial bike and a young chap with a slight limp recommended me some Shimano R191. After using these for a while I have recommended them to my friends. I will defiantly be returning again to purchase more. Thanks :)

Went to there shop in tadley worst service I have ever experienced. Would never shop there again and the staff are incompitant!! How can a mobile number you ve been given be ex directory!!!

I was nervous about ordering a bike online, but given that I knew my frame size and have previously ridden a bike by the same manufacturer I was OK about sizing. The price from Pedalon was the best I could find anywhere on the web. Ordering was incredibly simple, and the expected delivery time was clear, and turned out to be very accurate. Communication was very good throughout with confirmatory e-mail upon ordering and dispatch. I rang them to confirm some details of the order and they were friendly and very helpful. Delivery via TNT arrived within 24hrs of dispatch, and the bike arrived well packed, with only the bars and pedals to install, which took about 10mins before it was ready to ride.

Overall, a superb price, great communication and prompt delivery. I would recommend them if you are looking to buy a bike online and you are confident with sizing your frame.

Having read three 5 star reviews I also felt that I should comment. The purchase was really easy and I instantly received emails to say that the order had been dispatched. Ordered them on wednesday afternoon and they were with me on friday morning. Can't fault them.

Ordered 2 bottle cages on Friday--delivered to me this morning saturday next day!! (and i'm in Northern ireland!)

I couldn't find many reviews for this website, so after receiving good service from them I felt it only fair to let others know. My purchase was only low value, a pair of mountain bike lock-on grips, I purchased from them as they were the cheapest. Nevertheless the order was dispatched straight away, and when I received it the postage stamps on the packet were Thomas the Tank engine, you can't ask for more than that !

Firstly, I didn't envisage I would so impressed with a bike shop that I'd be urged to write a review, but Adrian and Karl at Pedal On were so so good that I owe it to them to say thanks. The service was excellent. Being a slightly nervous buyer, they answered all my product questions straight away without trying to blind me with jargon. Then, when I placed the order, they gave me a deliver day which worked like clockwork. I had a post-sale issue with my Shimano pedals, but the staff there turned it round very quickly indeed.

In short, I highly recommend Pedal On to anyone.

Went in after poor customer service elsewhere.

Explained what i wanted, after answering numerous questions, they gave me 3 different bikes to try out and helped me understand the differences with comfort and fit etc. Then allowed me to take them out on the road, minor adjustments and gave me all the data/time to allow me to make my own mind up with no heavy sell. Nice friendly staff, and great coffee as well !!

One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long while !
