Sweat Betty provided excellent and prompt service. When I realized my sister hadn't gotten her digital gift certificate owing to my misspelling of her email address, I contacted customer care, who quickly addressed the problem and were courteous and comforting. Thank you very much!

For my Mother's Christmas present, I recently ordered a Super Grip Yoga Mat and a carry strap. I ordered these in good time for Xmas delivery. The courier company they use is called Hermes. They sent regular updates but when the order arrived it only contained the carry strap and no yoga mat! I have emailed Customer Service and still awaiting a reply. Who knows, they may fix up this mistake, but first impressions of this company are bad.

In addition, their Customer Service line is only open 4 days per week (Mon - Thurs). This is not great customer service as a customer with a problem on Wednesday PM will have to wait up to 4 days to speak to somebody to resolve a problem !

I bought a couple pair of leggings in Sweaty Betty's London shop about 9 years ago, and I still have them, and yes, I do use them regularly. They are a bit pricey, but I'd definitely say they were worth it.
