Mamas and Papas Zest Highchair

At first i thought this high-chair was fab. Funky design and lots of different adjustable features which were great. After several months though I noticed cracks appearing on the hinge joints and on the tray arms itself, resulting in one arm actually falling off!! The straps are also quite big even on the smallest fitting so my son could easily wiggle out. The cover is wipe clean but the area just above the tray gets so dirty it gets ground in, even if you clean properly after each use. The positioning of the basket underneath means all food ends up in there and the top lift off tray is almost impossible to get off. I broke several nails trying. On top of that its really heavy and clumsy making moving quite difficult. With all 4 brakes on the wheels it still moves and scratches my floor!! Mamas and Papas don't do replacement bits for this any more and are unwilling to offer a replacement. Please do your research and don't buy this chair.

Just terrible. Highchair just cracks I have had two now and have asked for a recall mamas and papas don't seem to be interested though!

Mine also has cracks down the legs and across the try tray - DO NOT BUY - my daughter hurt her fingers when a crack appeared and the cahir slumped downwards trapping them after just weeks. No longer in use.

Hi we have had our high chair for 5 months and there are cracks in the arm supports for the tray, this is on both arms so theres obviously a design fault, also within first few weeks the rubber came off the feet, however this did make it easier to move! Chair gets dirty quickly and the straps are hard to unclip making it difficult if baby needs getting out quickly. Sory i cannot recommend this item :( we had several Mamas and Papas with our first child (10yrs ago) and they were great, sadly this time r0oundwe have experienced several problems with products brought and wont be buyin anything from there again.
