Where do i start....
Clear Cut Weekends almost ruined the Hen party i planned.
They have cut their phones off due to Covid so you are unable to speak to anyone.
They only reply when you asked for a refund.
They will make your experience so stressful! you are better off doing it all yourself than using this awful company.
we paid over £5000 and place in a hell hole of apartments that were not fit for purpose, arrived to block toilets ect.
Not only that we had 7 rooms booked and got to the apartments and was told that only 6 apartments had been booked so 2 people had to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
We were not given our full package, no food at events when we had booked with food to be served.
This is honestly the worst company i have ever used never again! i used them to try and make sorting 22 people out easier but in fact they made it hell!

It took a bit of arranging and re-arranging but we had a fantastic time in Newcastle organised by Clear Cut!
Thanks to covid getting everything finalised took longer than we would have hope but it was well worth the wait. The highlight for all of us was the cocktail making, The bartender made it an hilarious time :)
Would recommend to anyone!

This is the second time I have used Clear Cut Weekends to book a hen do and they are absolutely fantastic. Using them takes all the stress away of having to arrange separate events and each attendee has their own log in to pay so you don’t have to chase people for payment. They will tailor your weekend for exactly how you want it and also arrange your hotel for you. Comparing them to other event organisers, they were by far the best value for money.
The most recent hen do had to be moved 4 times due to Covid-19. We had to make last minute changes to our booking and Clear Cut Weekends went above and beyond to ensure we had the hen weekend we had been waiting so long for. We had changes on who was attending each time it was moved and this was sorted with ease and without any added stress. They even gave people who could only come to part amended quotes for the activities they were able to make.
Even during these stressful and unprecedented times Clear Cut Weekends were always easy to get hold of and answered all queries and questions we had quickly and professionally.
I can’t recommend using this company enough and for any other hen do’s or parties that I have to plan in the future I will 100% be using Clear Cut Weekends.
Horrendous Company, Do Not Use
I booked with Clearcut a few months before the pandemic had struck for my sister in law’s hen do. To begin with the company were really good, very responsive and helpful. I booked a 2 night stay in Bournemouth for 15 people for June 2020. It felt so easy and relaxed as all I had to do was pay the company! They requested a £30 per person deposit therefore they had £450 of our money instantly. Soon, the pandemic approached and ruined everything of course. With this happening, it was impossible for the hen party to go ahead so I requested a refund on the deposits. I was then ignored for weeks on end throughout the pandemic and after numerous of emails I had been sending them every day. Given, it was a difficult time for companies and every one else but you would at least expect some sort of response to at least one of the emails but no, nothing! I decided to get my bank involved and start charge backs on the deposits as I had run out of ideas.
I finally had a response which wasn’t the friendliest but it was a response. They refused to refund the £450 worth of deposits and told me this was for ‘their services’?! They hadn’t provided me with any kind of service but pure stress and anxiety! They told me to change the date. I spoke with the hen party and we all agreed to move on and choose a new date. Clearcut requested I stop chargebacks for us to move forward in which I did. We then kept the same booking but changed the date to July 2021. All was well again. Until lockdown happened again and the new rules were released meaning we couldn’t actually do any of the activities we had planned. Unfortunately for us, the balance was due 2 weeks before Bojo released the new rules. So we had paid £243 each meaning Clearcut had £3645 of our money. Clearcut suggested I changed my activities to more ‘outdoorsy’ activities and no clubs or party bus etc. I said no and the party didn’t want to. I requested yet another refund minus the £30 deposit pp and they then again, ignored me for months. Just pure ignorance and unprofessional. I threatened to start charge backs again with my bank which I had already done once and also threatened to take them to ITV News. I had a response instantly! Once again, not friendly but I was told I will be refunded £3195 less the deposits. I then waited and waited for this confirmation. Clearcut told me they no longer work with Worldpay but I will receive my refund as a cheque in the post! Who were they trying to kid? I refused this and said it’s as easy for them to Bank transfer the money to me as I did to them in the very beginning. I was then told they had 14 days to refund me from my request so I waited. I had an email a few days before the 14 days was up saying it will be refunded today. I waited…. Still nothing. So I emailed again and had a response to say the manager was out of the office but will be back in the afternoon. They were illegally holding over £3000 of my money. I finally received the refund that afternoon.
Whatever you do, DO NOT put yourself through this stress. The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I’ve ever committed to. Stay away.

Will Not Respond To Emails
Due to COVID our hen party was cancelled, which was rescheduled for this year. We were unable to attend this one either and therefore asked for a refund. All emails are being ignored. Will be contacting citizens advice and requesting a charge back from my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DISGUSTED with this company DO NOT USE .. no customer service .. cannot get hold of them !!! Have Totally taken advantage of COViD . we have a rescheduled event in April 21 that has now passed the date and we have not been able to get hold of them at all & not even an email back from them TERRIBLE company WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone as they as have taken advantage of covid and they have just taken our all our money £2k & now refuse to contact any of us either to reschedule or refund .. no customer service levels at all STAY AWAY from this company !!!

Thanks to coronavirus we're on the third planned date for our hen do, whilst this has been stressful for me and my group of hens Clear Cut Weekends have been great! They've helped us find new dates and changed everything round for us without any complaints at all.
With having to move the wedding and reschedule everything it has been great not having to worry about the hen weekends.

This company asked me to review them after our 2nd change due to Covid but I said I would wait until we actually travelled. I feel they may have asked you to do the same and you have not yet had the experience of the lead up to the hen weekend and travelled with them yet. How pleased am I that I waited because the experience I had before to the experience I had on the month leading up to the hen weekend were complete opposites. I would have given them 5* at the time of changing again, but now I wouldn’t even give them 1*, absolutely disgusted this company is still trading. I will be talking to my bank and the Ombudsman about this company.

Excellent Customer Care
I cannot recommend Clear Cut Weekends highly enough. Due to the current Covid situation I had to reschedule the hen weekend to next year. I have been kept up to date with information and options directly by the company. All my enquiries amd questions were responded to and I have been reassured throughout. All arrangements have been made for next year. Any concerns were dealt with in a timely manner! Cannot wait for the hen weekend next year and have every faith that it will be perfect! Top customer service guys! Thank you :-)

Awful Company
After having a hen weekend cancelled due to COVID-19 we asked for a refund.
The company has turned the phone system off and also will not respond to emails. I have been in touch with citizen Advice and said all this in a email to them with no luck.
They agreed to a refund but taking a £35 per person admin fee out of this absolutely disgusting company with a awful attitude towards customer care.
Please do not book with them

Had our Hen do of 17 people cancelled due to Covid as even though i appreciate this isn’t their fault the customer service has been shocking! asked repeated times for a refund to get same generic email back saying they weren’t offering one at this time and only postponements eventually managed to get a response after a lengthy email to be told they where taking £45 off per person for services!!!! and we are still waiting refund! emails that weren’t generic between us where blunt with no regards nothing! DO NOT USE

Hi. You said communication wasn't great, how long before did you hear final itinerary? We are going in 2 weeks and don't have a hotel name or venues for any part of our hen weekend and are starting to get a bit worried as they aren't answering the phone or emails.
