Party Bus

DO NOT BOOK! Promised party bus- got stretch hummer. No drinks or karaoke machine. Spent £400 on a journey that would cost about £100, had to stop at a shop to get own drinks. Empty bottles from the previous party. Cannot get hold of the company now for any form of refund!

Businnclubbin.co.uk.....Avoid this company. Set off our girls coastal trip on a bad start. Crew by 2 very rude, arogant men. 1 of whom was extremely rude, flirtatios and unprofessional. We were expected to be travelling for approx 1.5 hours and told we would not be doing comfort breaks(contrary to what we were told when bkng in Feb). After a while, and the party got started, a request was made to stop. We were told no and given a...wait for it...a bucket!!! Against better judgememt, and a desperate need, it had to be used by some (other party attenders had to shield the user with their jackets). Once half full the non driver opened the central bus doors, whilst travelling on the M25 and threw the contents out!! When eventually they relented and stopped 1 of the crew tried to push in the loo queue. An older member of the general public told him not to push in and she got verbally abused. This "entertainer" then took it upon himself to tag along with some of the girls which then caused issues with pics as partners would think the wrong thing. At the end of the event both crew members bragged about leaving people on past trips. On a positve the music system was very loud and varied.

I would HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this party bus company! They are Liars and have horrible customer service. First off they charged our credit card for 80% of the cost of the full rental up front and told us to have 200 dollars in cash for the driver. They stated in the contract that we signed that they would charge the rest to the card. Then when the party bus company came to pick us up the driver demanded all the money for the bus up front in cash. When they already charged our card for 80% of the total cost. We called the owner and I quote told us to either give them cash for the whole ride or else we could F OFF. When they already charged over 600 dollars on our card. We paid the cash and went on the bus. The driver was extremely rude and was a compete jerk to us. I am fairly confident he kept all the money for himself. Also they never refunded the 80% charge on our credit card. Then to top it all off the driver at the end of the night at 2:30am after he dropped us off. emptied the Bathroom wasted tank in the street infront of our house and we have it on video and camera. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! There is many better party bus options out there!

Well here is my experience / teview of Herts limos.

We ordered the pink party bus for our daughters birthday party and 11 of her friends, she had told all of her friends that we were all going for a day out to chessington in a wonderfull pink party bus with karoke for the girls to sing along too

What turned up was a black party bus!! Of course the first thing all the girls said was "that's not pink" "hope that's not our bus" but of course it was!! Upon ringing herts limos we were fobbed off with the excuse that the "tv on the pink bus wasn't working and herts limos technician had left a note on the pink bus that it must not go out for hire!" Herts limos do not even own this pink party bus so how could there "technician" be working on it! Worse still there was no karaoke on the black bus, some of the girls had even bought there own cd's along to sing along too but no that was all spoiled too for us, upon arriving at chessington we telephoned herts limos to request a different vehicle to return home in as the one supplied was completely useless and no use at all for a girls birthday party, we were told they would ring us back - guess what? No one even bothered to call us back!!

These girls had been looking forward to this day for months! They were excited about the pink party bus and the karaoke! So I would like to tell you herts limos that you completely and utterly ruined what was meant to be a special day for us all! And I hope that no other family and there excited children have to have there day ruined by your company in the way you ruined ours!

I booked very much in advance a fire engine bus for my birthday celebration, and I called them various times to make sure we had the date, the bus and the numbers confirmed. Everything was ok until that day!

They took my deposit money really quick!!

On my birthday, they came with a WRONG BUS, I COULD NOT PLAY my own music, and the bus only went for ONE hour, even if I booked and paid for 1.5 hour long.

I tried to get an explanation and compensation from the Manager of the company, and he had never called me once. I called the company over 30 times... Never replied!! no even once!!!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Tried to organise a Xmas party night with this company. I found them rude and obnoxious! As most people do I tried to get the best deal possible for my group of 30-40 people and explained to the company that we had a budget. As there are no prices on the website I assumed the price was negotiable! So I mentioned our budget and said if he couldn't match it we would have to go with plan B and take the train. All the guy had to say was that he could not match the budget and leave it at that. But when he replied I was so shocked. He was so rude and smarmy about it that I couldn't believe what I was reading (correspondence was via email). I reported back to my group about the reply I got and we all decided it was best to ignore such a rude man and would never contact the company again to organise a party (which we do at least twice a year) If this guy had actually been reasonable he could have had a guaranteed bus tour twice a year but all he did was annoy us all and we will definitely not use his services in future!!!!

Had a really good night celebrating my girlfriend's 21st birthday, she had a lovely time and the party bus people were great... until the night had finished. We were not returned our £200 deposit due to some unknown reason, dampened the whole night! Beware when paying the deposit !!!

Amazing customer service, such a fun night! Had a brilliant time on my friends birthday would definitely book again! I LOVE PARTY BUS

Denvers Best Party Bus was awsome! We used them for my sis B day. We had a blast. I would reccomend a party bus over a limo way more fun.
