Advise you to check out any company very carefully. Take out protection insurance before you book, pay using Barclaycard not BACS.Check out the history of the directors and pay attention to the reviews. Go to Companies House, newspaper articles, local councils and Google extensively. Check other companies are not connected...you'll be surprised! Check the registration details of company directors and previous connections and registeted addresses through HMRC. Do your homework before you part with your cash! Why would you need to do this? Buyer beware! Read netween the lines and watch your back!

The owner will be rude and unpleasant if you try complaining about anything - even if it is the company's fault!

If you didn't get what you paid for and don't get a refund make sure you claim it through your credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex) or Visa Debit. Google "Section 75" for how it works.

The Bus Club provided a friendly and professional service providing a bus to transport our wedding guests from the church to the reception venue. Our French relations really enjoyed their time on a red London bus . it turned up at the right time not too early and had no trouble finding either venue. The price too was perfect overall bus club added something special to the day .

Everything was awful from start to finish this company robbed us....

. driver didn't have a clue where he was - spent 30 minutes driving in circles and got stuck down a dead end

. wrong information form the word go with the organisers in the office. who promised things that never got delivered

. Late to venue by an hour - Drivers fault

. 30 minutes late for pick up at the end of the night - 30 women in the cold

. moving off when not everyone was off the bus...falling down stairs due to this!

. RUDE staff - cant tell you how rude!!!

. Booked exclusive use and halfway through the journey got a phone call saying they had another job so need all drink off the bus. we lost around £200 of drink

. back 2 hours late...driver didn't have a clue missed 2 exits off the motorway and had to come off and go back on.

. you will NEVER get a refund - the management in the office are a JOKE  BEWARE! We have lost almost a grand and it ruined the whole hen night.

DO NOT USE!!!!! i cant emphasise this enough!

Omg after reading all the reviews I was really worried as we booked this for my sisters hen and I can honestly say the best night ever. The staff were really proactive and kept an eye on us and updated all night, we went to some good clubs and it was well worth the money. I would definitely do it again :-)

They seemed to offer a very competitive deal, however I guess the old saying too good to be true springs to mind especially after experiencing this incredibly poor experience!

All I can say is rip off artists - the bus they use stank of urine and the sound system didn't work, which, upon reading these reviews, they knew about prior to us booking it, yet happily charged £75 for the use of it and have since ignored all correspondence requesting it back!

All I can say is AVOID, they will ruin your occasion! Pay that little bit extra and use a different company, that way I am sure you will have a wonderful time! Any positive reviews can't be true!

We hired the bus for our works summer party and had the best night in London we ever had. The sound system was superb and the staff were all top drawer. Spent the night partying on the Routemaster, there were 25 of us so it worked out great value for money. We thinking about going again at Christmas!!

Working for the inbound tour operator I had the chance of using the Bus Club services more than once.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly, the bus is there on time and everything rans just smoothly. People stop on the streets to take pictures of the route master, happy clients...what else would you need?

I can only recommend them.

so I hired out one of the party buses for my girlfriends hens night..

we were promised so much in our package that we did not receive such as music and party lighting . on top of that the bus was filthy and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned.. cigarette butts, alcohol bottles, dust, filthy windows.. it was a mess.

there was also issues with money, i had paid for my 20 friends but on the night 23 friends came, the owner of the company was on the phone to me immediately, threatening to terminate the party if i did not pay a ridiculous more amount for the 3 extra friends.

the clubs we were taken to were also tacky and overall i was extremely disappointed with what we got for the price we paid.

I will never book with this company again

Booked the diamond deal for my best friends hen party was promised flashing lights and a pumping party bus none of which we got there was supposed be 70 ppl on the bus but it was jus is going and not many more coming back the driver actually came into the pub to pick us up asking for a hammer as he couldn't get the door to the music system open so had none going although the driver I must say was very nice as were the reps .did as promised get VIP treatment into clubs which was a bonus coming out of the last club we couldn't find our bus and do believe we would ave been left there if we hadn't ave called the driver to come back for us going back had blaring music which by this time we didn't really need as were all tired from dancing and just wanted some peace .all in all had a brill nite with my friends but this was nothing to do with this company as we made our fun and wouldn't book with this company again and think the driver and reps should find jobs with a better company who don't make false promises as they were very good at their jobs unlike their BOSS!!!
