Had my photo taken in a shopping center the young lady did my hair and makeup for me free of charge took a large amount of pics then she even slimmed the image down for me as it was a special present for a special person, she managed to loose a good few pounds off my legs and hips I can honestly say it was a fun experience.

Would recommend to any one.

I arranged for this company to take photographs of my baby daughter so that we could use the photos as part of a thank you card for those gave gifts for her birthday. When the photos eventually arrived (4 weeks late) the print quality was very poor. I asked for a second set to be printed. 6 MORE weeks later (10 after originally taken) a second set did arrive but they were no better than the first. The company evaded me at every turn, refused to take responsibility for the delays and poor quality pictures and continually blamed a mysterious "girl in the office" for all of the problems. They had no concept of customer service. Moreover, in the last ten weeks they have not apologised to me once for the delays, poor picture quality and failure to fulfil their promises to me. As a comparison, I took photos of my daughter for the thank you cards, printed them out at ASDA at 10p per copy and they were far, far better than the efforts of James Alan Photography Ltd.
