Nick Ayliffe, Surrey

I was really unsure about hiring a photographer I had found over the internet. However I researched Nick's company, and liked the look of the photographs he produced. Prior to handing over my hard earned money, I met him for a consultation, to talk about what I wanted, how long I wanted him to stay for, and what style I was looking for. On my actual big day, I was a bit late, and while he was inside, he missed all the shots of me walking to the registry office. The photos he took were nice, some really great pictures that I will treasure. However after the big day, we received a booklet of all the 'suitable' photos, and I was really disappointed to find some of the key photos missing. I emailed him and called him, for the CD I should have received with all the photos on there. He sent me a CD, however they were the same ones in the booklet, not all the ones he had taken. I had family members on my case, as they wanted copies of these missing photos. I'm still waiting for all my photographs, although I doubt I will ever see them, now that it has been over a year since my wedding.
