Easy Limos Hanger Lane

Booked months in advance. Text confirmation of booking. Driver given different time to the time I booked. Driver not given our correct address, I had to go find him. £350 was for a 13 min drive around in a white hummer although I specifically asked for black. Two bottles of warm fizzy juice. One song played, driver not told where we were going. Driver stopped for 20 mins roadside as he had no idea how things in the limo worked. One green light on the drivers dash. A total waste of money, the experience ruined, no customer service. Once they have your money you get nothing. Perhaps they should be looked into as the limo was falling apart. Not child friendly.

Car crashed with 12 children inside. Seat belts not working. 3 children injured. DO NOT USE. Emails and letters ignored (including recorded delivery). Taking them to Court.

Seagulls customer service and unwilling to take on board feedback. Very disappointed - paid for return journey but driver left after waiting 15 mins fr pick up time. So we were stranded including the bride. Could have been a little more considerate. We were suppose to be dropped off by 6.30pm on what was a 25mins journey but the driver left by 5:45pm. Could have waited 5 more mins when the passengers were ready to board. But the driver's company was unwilling to wait. we had too book cabs despite paying a whopping £545 for limo. It was a wedding after all. Completely inflexible and poor customer service. Emailed easy limo about it but no response at all.

Thank you very much easy limo, especially to the lady I dealt with for the excellent service we had last week. We appreciate your service, every representative was a pleasure to use your limousine, and we will make sure to use your services again for my sister birthday next year.

Absolutely awful!! We booked a black hummer with 2 bottles of champagne and balloons etc... NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED! What did turn up was a white hummer with broken glasses and alcohol spilt all over the floor from the previous group. There was no alcohol and no decorations at all just smelly and damp. The driver then got stopped by the police for being too tired to drive and also not having any ID or anything to prove he was a legal driver?!?! This cut our evening short what a waste of £345 and completely ruined the night. AVOID this company as they will ruin your event. Also after speaking to this company after the event we were spoken to by a rude unprofessional advisor. AVOID as they clearly don't care about their customers.

I have been using the Easy Limo service for a number of years now I can only apololigies for not writing a review until know!!!

Where do I start mmmm well from the time I pick up the phone I feel confident with service I know I will be getting, I know I am not suppose to mention names but the lady in question has been looking after me so well throughout these years I feel as if I know her!!!! Thank you lady whose name I cannot mention.......!!!??

The Drivers are very prompt, polite, friendly, if there have been any problems or delays they would always give me a heads up.

My overall experience with Easy limo is fantastic the only thing I would personally push for is better discounts for a returning customer like myself, hey if you don't ask I think you know where I'm going with this !!! Lol

KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE EASY LIMO.

I have to admit I was a little sceptical when booking the limo especially as being a lady of a certain age, but the girl on the phone gave me assurance and the booking was made easy and fun.

I kept it a secret from all my friends and family (16 of us) and when the white hummer arrived at my home it was such a surprise to them and also lovely to see all my neighbours enjoying the fun too! It was such a lovely summer's evening and all my worries faded when we started the journey.

We had a wonderful trip up to town with champagne all the way and it was a fabulous way to start the night and to take us to our destination. The driver was so helpful and charming, the car was very clean and comfortable so would recommend whatever the occasion.

Sent the wrong car to collect bridesmaids. The car was late and not clean. Their team has no customer service skills and basically told me tough and would not even give me a full reason for this change. Do your homework first as their terms and conditions basically allow Easy limo to change the specific car you ordered with them without any notice or penalty to the company.

Trading standards needs to checkout this companys practices and the 2 directors should be investigated. Keep clear of this company and use social media to inform the rest of the world before anyone else gets ripped off.

Very angry

Had read reviews from Easy Limo and was not sure what to expect when i booked the ford excursion for our Royal Scott . But we loved it. The limousine was clean and the Driver (Nader) was very helpful and Kind. We did have an excellent Royal Scott this year thanks to them.

We ordered a limousine through "easylimo" and the car was provided by "A touch of class".

A nightmare experience.

The return driver of a booking I made parked in the wrong area to what was agreed with the first driver, and so we were late to find the limousine. After we had loaded the car with all of our luggage the driver at this point then tried to charge us a late fee. The biggest issue I had with this was that the fee he was trying to charge us was far more money than what was agreed in our contract for a late fee. When I contacted the controller over the phone he agreed with the charge the driver was attempting to make. I did not accept this as it was not part of the terms and conditions that was agreed - and told the limousine driver to take his car and leave as it struck me as an obvious scam to get more money out of us.

I later contacted "easy limo" and "a touch of class". "A touch of class" refused to accept what I had told them and made numerous excuses, whilst "easylimo" did not apologise at all.

I did some research after this experience, and have discovered other people have gone through almost identical issues.

I am currently reviewing my legal options in regards to what happened.

BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
