We hired the Austin Princess for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful-the car was sparkling on the outside and beautiful inside with wonderful flowers. Our photos with the car look brilliant. The driver was so kind to me and my dad-helping us both in the car and ensuring we felt comfortable. He didn’t rush us at any point! We were delighted with it!

Everything about our experience with GCS was brilliant, the car was absolutely stunning, and the driver was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We had a beautiful garden wedding, so the car was mainly for photos but the driver went above and beyond to take us on a lovely drive after the actual ceremony so that we could still have the “just married” experience. We then went back to our garden venue and took some absolutely stunning pictures with the car which we will cherish forever.

The whole experience was wonderful, friendly and warm people who went out of their way to ensure we had exactly what we had pictured for our wedding car experience. Thank you so much for being part of our day!

A huge thank you to the GOLD team for their outstanding service! As a wedding planner, I recently booked multiple vehicles for a client’s wedding in October, including a stunning Rolls Royce wedding car, an executive minibus for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, three classic London buses, and a white wedding taxi for the end of the night.

Given both my clients' expectations and my meticulous approach to planning, I can be quite particular, but the GOLD team were fabulous when I sent multiple emails to find the ‘right’ type of white wedding taxi and also to go through all the plans for the day very thoroughly.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. On the day itself, everything ran perfectly—every vehicle arrived exactly as planned. Communication was always swift and efficient, and their willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. I can’t recommend GOLD enough and will definitely be using them as my go-to transport company for all future events.

We used Gold chauffeur services for our wedding and we are so happy we did. The team are fantastic at what they do. From the moment I contacted them nothing was too much trouble. The car we had was beautiful and I would highly recommend them.

Booked a classic Jaguar for my wedding and he was excellent and very professional throughout. He kept checking on us throughout the booking. A week or so before the day he called to check everything was still as planned. On the day, he arrived 30 minutes early. The car was immaculate. Took me and my dad to the church, very friendly and helped me calm my nerves. We had plenty of pictures taken with the car after the church and at the Reception venue. I can't thank you enough for the great seervice you've provided. You are a trued gentleman. So glad to have found you.

I am very disappointed to write a negative review but we felt we should highlight to other couples planning a special day as our own wedding day experience from the Gold Chauffeur Services was anything but made to feel like the special day that they claim on their website. We were on the understanding that if we required the chauffeur service post our booking time we would just pay the extra charge. The company and the chauffeur driver failed to tell us they had the car booked for another function. The church service overran by 35 mins which is par for a wedding and it was only at this time that the driver thought he would mention that he had another booking after our wedding and that he had to drop us to the wedding venue straightaway or he would have to leave us at the church. As a result we never got to take the planned photos in the church or with the wedding car, the majority of our guests never got to see the wedding car and as the groom my experience of the wedding car was a very anxious and rushed experience. The chauffeur driver was very sheepish when we challenged him about the other booking and he even got lost driving to the wedding reception venue. When we complained to the chauffeur company afterwards we were disappointingly fobbed off by their customer service which completely went against the ethos of all our other wedding suppliers who bent over backwards to make sure our wedding day was a special day. I would not recommend this chauffeur company based on their poor communication and unprofessionalism.

Gold wedding car hire have provided a great service leading up to my wedding day. Clear communication and very well priced. Received regular updates leading up to the big day. It was very reassuring and they definitely made us feel like a valued customer.

The chauffeur went above and beyond and really put noticeable effort to do his part. Went out of his way to accommodate for the smallest of things.

From the moment I made an inquiry to the very last drop off, it was a friendly and excellent service.

I initially spoke to an agent to book the car, a perfect coloured car that matched my daughters wedding colour scheme. He was as excited as my daughter about that one and was and really so down to earth and so relatable.

A nervous time for all involved when planning a wedding and he put my mind at ease very soon during our initial conversation.

The time between the initial conversation and ensuring all details had gone through with a fine tooth comb, I was in contact with an agent who was very thorough, approachable and knowledgeable.

The timing on the day could not have been any more spot on than it was, this included the very kind gesture of taking photos of my daughter and I when he picked us up to head for the church. The Photographer had gone onto the church at this point and clearly he saw this and without me even asking him, he took many photos and forwarded them to me.

The wedding and photographs took much longer than we anticipated and he never blinked an eye. In addition, When he took my wife and I to the reception, he also took one of the Maids of honour and a friend who was not too mobile. I did wonder if I would have to pay a little extra for the time but there was not even a slightest suggestion of this.

I would definitely recommend this service to any of my friends or family.

We couldn't be happier. Both the Jaguar and Lou Lou Taxi were beautiful. They were immaculate and both drivers were amazing, putting everyone at ease. The cars arrived early, so there was no last minute stress. The whole service,from the first point of contact was professional, helpful and friendly. If you're considering hiring these guys, just do it, you won't be disappointed.
