Confetti and Lace of Leeds, Leeds

Myself and my best friend had an appointment on Wednesday 19 June 2019.  I have to say my consultant was brilliant she listened to exactly what I wanted and pulled dresses according to my style.I found my perfect dress and have booked to go back with mum for her approval and to "Say yes to the dress". Thank you Confetti and Lace and especially to my consultant who made my wedding dress shopping experience brilliant. Would definitely recommend this bridal boutique

Be careful here. Their reviews must be written by family and friends and they are riding on their TV fame. Do not buy from here there are lots of bad stories going around about this place. Go anywhere else but here. I had the worst experience and when I mentioned it to other people they all said we could have told you about the woman that owns it! You have been warned. Just trying to help other brides to be not get stung by her.

Today I visited Confetti & Laces sale outlet shop, as soon as I walked in with my maid of honour & my mum I just felt comfortable. We were left to pick out dresses I wanted to try & they were very attentive. The champagne was delicious, the shop is beautiful & I didn't want to leave! There was no pressure or rush with anything. I only went to browse dresses & get an idea of what suited my shape & what style dress I would like, I only tried two dresses on & the second one was the one. Being a plus size bride I was very nervous about trying dresses on but I was made to feel so comfortable, I didn't catch the name of the lady helping me & although she's new to the company you wouldn't know, she was amazing & I'm so happy to be her first bride! I did leave the shop disappointed though, but only because I had to take my dress off! I can't wait to go back again. Thank you ladies.

I wanted my wedding dress finding experience to be a fun part of the whole process to getting married and it was made even better than I could have imagined by the ladies at Confetti and Lace. Every step of the way they made me feel like the most important person in the world. I was open to any suggestions as I didn't really know what would suit me and I tried on 4 styles before I found The One. Even then I was asked if I was sure, and I was. There was never any pressure and I knew I was in safe hands because they really know their stuff. I went back to the shop a few times to try on veils and tiaras etc and every time I was greeted like an old friend. I can't thank the ladies enough for all their help and knowledge and little extras like champagne, wedding card, silver sixpence and sewing kit for my honeymoon. I felt like I made some real friends, thank you thank you thank you. I will always recommend you without hesitation.

After shopping round 3 Bridal shops previously and not having the best experience for one reason or another i was anxious about visiting Confetti and Lace. However I could have not felt happier as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a warm friendly atmosphere and happy and bubbly staff!

A member of staff showed me the dresses and to me about what i was interested in style and preference (no one else did this!) and once I started trying we were all given a glass of bubbly (no others even offered a drink) and we went through the chosen dresses! We had the best shopping experience! Each member of staff complimented me and made sure i was 100% happy throughout!

After trying on, i found 'The One' a stunning fishtail Pronovias dress (I would recommend trying this designer)and to my amazement they did a monthly payment plan scheme which was AMAZING!

I cannot wait to come back into the shop to try on my dress again! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! Thank you all!

I visited this shop recently after having made an appointment. I arrived with my daughter and admitedly the shop assistant was serving another customer when we arrived but we were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes. Even if she'd have said " many apologies I'm just with this lady have alook around and I'll be with you as soon as possible". Nothing passed her lips not even eye contact as an acknowledgement which would have been acceptable.

There was another shop assistant who also ignored us both and went outside for a cigarette whilst we were waiting, not what you want when being assisted into dreses (or not as the case maybe). When we finally got asigned an assistant she was worse than useless not showing us any dresses the one we tried had had a rip in it and she said "oh we can alter it for £59 its a set fee" ??

I hope you find this constructive feedback beneficial and if it helps one other customer to not enduring the tardy, unprofessional and disappointing experience in your shop then it will be woth my while.

Incidentally the ladies who featerd in the Lorraine article were not present in the shop at the time, i am sure had they been it would have made all the difference.

Friendly, down to earth shop with staff who obviously know their stuff and love their jobs! My daughter was made to feel like a princess and the girls at Confetti and Lace couldn't do enough and we're so patient and helpful I wanted to write a review as it's rare that you get such old-fashioned excellent customer service these days.

We couldn't fault them, their selection of dresses were brilliant and very reasonable and we're going back on Monday to order my daughters favourite 'dream' dress! I wanted to pay for the dress but was a little worried it would be really expensive but at £895 was well within budget and I love the fact they let you pay in instalments so I can get her veils, tiara and shoes too!

I would recommend in a heartbeat, especially after visiting 3 previous around Leeds - this is the best.

What more can i say but fantastic! What a great place to find my perfect wedding dress.I booked an appointment for a sunday afternoon.I enjoyed every bit from walking through the door to meeting the happy and friendly staff.Not having a clue on what i wanted, the bridal consultant showed me lots of different styles to try on. We went through each dress

eliminating one from the other until i found the one!I put a deposit down straight away. I then went upstairs to a great selection of bridemaid dresses, which i'm going back for, with an extra discount off(being a confetti and lace bride).On leaving the shop i was presented with a bottle of bubbly! A big thank you to the staff, you were simply The Best!

I booked an appointment at Brides Of Harrogate (my apologies to Confetti and Lace, whom, it seems, have a wonderful reputation) and we arrived at 1.50 for a 2 o'clock appointment. We were not as much as acknowledged, for at least half an hour. The shop was busy: this I completely accept. We were then told to pick some dresses and shown to a lovely little curtained area, in which we were to try them on. We had brought our own champagne and were kindly given glasses but we were not once asked what we were looking for; when I was getting married or any other slightly personal detail for that matter. The woman who, it seemed, had the job of 'assisting us', ran back and forth attending to others; rolling her eyes at our slightly off beat ideas and suggesting to my beautiful bridesmaid, who is a size 12, that there might not be anything that fit her but she could 'at least try something on'. It was recommended that we book a three hour appointment, with 4 bridesmaid to please, and yet, after an hour and a half, we were told by a VERY stressed attendant that she had another party in, 'What do you want to do?'. It seemed evident that we were very much a nuisance, on such a busy Saturday afternoon. May I also add, that not at one point during our appointment did the lady manage to get my name right! Calling me two different names, aside from mine. It's the simple things: we just wanted to have a nice time. We would have been more than willing to spend whatever it took to find 4 gorgeous dresses, but we weren't given the chance.

I recently visited confetti and lace after finding a dress online that I wanted to try on. It was the first (and only) bridal shop that I visited so I was very nervous but Jane made me and my family feel at ease. I knew what I wanted but she made me wait I tried on plenty of other gowns but there was always something I didn't like about them then she let me try on the dress I had come for and it was perfect. Because Jane had made me try on others first I knew this was the dress and I knew I wouldn't change my mind as I had tried on every style

Shorty after I visited a different bridal shop for my sister. There was no homely welcome or put at ease it felt as if she wanted us in and out as soon as possible.

Confetti and lace are fantastic I will be recommending them to every bride, they have all styles of gowns and they won't pressure you they want you to be certain and happy with your choice.
