After buying my Condici outfit in September 2023 for my daughters wedding in January this year, from a local Bridal store near to me in the Midlands, I tried it on just after Christmas to make sure it fitted.

I was devastated to find that I had about four weeks to lose enough weight to get it on.

I decided to try and find a store that stocked the next size up just in case.

Le Chic Boutique hit the spot and after leaving a voicemail I was very pleased to receive a call back within the hour.

There was no hesitation to fulfil my request and the dress and jacket were dispatched promtly upon payment during the call back.

It was exactly the garment I wanted and was a perfect fit, although with a little room to spare.

I cannot thank Le Chic Boutique enough.

Well what can I say. I visited Le Chic to get a Mother of the Bride outfit and I was not disappointed. There was a huge selection to choose from and representative was so friendly, and really helpful bringing out different outfits and giving advice. I was made to feel very special. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend and will go back again.

I brought a dress and hat for my sons wedding. It needed altering. I should have realised then when she wouldn’t let me try a smaller size and would only take cash £270 with no receipt for the alterations, there would be problems. The dress was pinned by Koulla but on collection was tight and squashed my bust and I was unable to lift my arms. I was so upset, she said she would undo the darts in the dress but still too tight. I was told ‘what do you expect from a silk dress” and “ if you want to look the part you have to put up with being uncomfortable, like all the celebrities do” I am so upset to be spoken too like that, no empathy and Koulla just wanted my money which had taken a lot of saving. She refused to change or refund, even the hat which was still in the box. Now sadly I cannot afford another outfit to look special for my son.

I had a wonderful experience at Le Chic Boutique. Koulla assisted me in finding the perfect outfit for my son’s wedding. I highly recommend Le Chic Boutique.

Went to this shop the other day, had an appointment I had been told on the phone we have loads of dresses in your size really they came out with two really old fashioned dresses but one I really liked, but as the make it was tight on certain part I am a normal 10, I understand different makes various sizing not other dresses for me, because this was a good price, she thought I wouldn’t pay anymore well have you seen pretty woman where she walks in with mega cash and she had the cheek to mention what she thought I would spend, hence rush me out and couldn’t be bothered I would never go in this shop again. Also this was the owner, very rude woman. I came out the shop went to another shop and spent £950, glad I never put my money in this ladies pocket because that is all she was about, money and don’t care about people.

I bought my dress last week for my daughter's wedding,today we were advised by the wedding venue that all ceremonies have been cancelled due to the corona virus 19 out break.I asked the shop for a refund if I return the dress, to which they said no.

I just want them to know it took me a long time to save up for my outfit, which I will properly never now wear. Under the circumstances I think they could of met my half way, I am very disappointed and will never ever shop there again!!!!

Visited Le Chic today. Amazing selection of dresses. Extremely helpful staff. Have been trying for weeks to find an outfit for my daughters wedding, and left the boutique with the most beautiful dress and long chiffon jacket. Would highly recommend a visit to Le Chic!

I have reviewed this retailer and have the unpleasant experience of speaking to the sales person.

I attempted to enquire regarding the retailers terms and conditions to satisfy myself that a purchase from this retailer would be safe.

This was due to no terms and conditions advertised on the website which i am sure ASA will be interested in.

The sales staff elderly lady was extremely rude, did not allow me to finish my sentence and disconnected the phone, by finishing of by stating she was not interested.

This in todays world is unacceptable and to say the least no manners for someone of this persons age, deffinatly cannot be referred as a lady.

This reflects badly on the retailer and the owner, but for saying these individuals are no doubt hand picked, i would only advise to keep away as they are not compliant with selling regulations.
