Difficulty returning items and getting reimbursed. No phone/person to talk to. Lost $32, guess it could have been a lot worst. Hope someone shuts this site down soon. -0 ratings. Item ordered was poorly made.

I bought this for my sister-in law's wedding in Dark Navy--received it super quickly (less than 2 weeks) and am really happy with it. I am very picky and usually would only buy a designer dress- but totally fell in love with this. Quality was amazing. It was made so well, which can be confirmed from the underskirt, the rouching of the bodice, the lace right down to the hem! It was totally worth the price.

I bought 2 dresses for my bridesmaids, I was a bit worried about ordering from overseas, But the arrived really quickly and they are amazing quality, I ordered the pink but when I got the swatch they where a little lighter than i wanted but as I was running out of time I thought they will do. But then they arrived they are the perfect color a shade or 2 darker with the lining inside. PERFECT!!!

Unfortunately we ordered what we thought was a standard Size 8 dress so that if it didn't fit we could return it, to be told when it didn't fit well that the colour we ordered was customised and we could expect no refund, devastated daughter Prom dress budget gone! Anyone want a size 8 (would fit 10) shein dress in navy, very beautiful well made but doesn't fit!

Wish I hadn't been lured in buy the misleading wording...we can accept the dress return if it cannot fit you well...beware!

The dress I bought from Sheindressau was delivered fast prior to when i had expected. The fit was amazing and the quality of the dress is fantastic, better than most i had seen instore and half the price! I have never been a fan to purchasing online but this has without a doubt made me rethink instore purchases, especially with the quality and speed in the service.
