Confetti Wedding Insurance

It has taken nearly 4 months for a response to a Confetti Wedding Insurance claim on this policy and they have refused the claim due to weasel wording in the small print. Customer service is unbelievably slow, I was kept on hold on numerous occasions when calling and they do not reply to letters. Please brides and grooms, from our experience look elsewhere, this policy was a waste of money and I intend to continue to persue them further but hold out little hope. So, consumer power can stop these sorts of company succeding, buy elsewhere.

Confetti Wedding Insurance does not respond to letters promptly, we claimed some 6 weeks ago and hastened them two weeks ago- still no response, beware.
