I came across Ivory Mint when browsing online for my wedding save the date cards. I immediately fell in love with all of the beautiful designs and decided to have all of my stationery from Ivory Mint's Mr & Mrs range. I wanted my order to be slightly bespoke so I used the contact page on the website. I got a very speedy response from the person I dealt with who was so accommodating to my requests and happy to help with anything I needed. She was so friendly and incredibly quick at getting back to me with answers to questions and actually producing the proofs. I barely needed any changes from the original proofs but the person I dealt with was more than willing to adjust them as many times as necessary to get them just right. I really felt like she cared about me being completely happy with the finished products - and I most certainly was. Her designs and products are of an extremely high quality and all of our guests have commented on how great they are. The delivery time was super fast and she even helped me make a table plan with 3 days to go before the wedding! I cannot recommend the person I dealt with and Ivory Mint highly enough. I want to get married all over again just so I can have more of her wonderful stationery! Amazing designs, high quality products and outstanding service! We ordered our save the date cards with Ivory Mint last year and they were absolutely perfect. I was really surprised by the quality of the paper as it was cheaper than some of the others we had looked at. Infact we were so impressed we ordered our invitations, response cards and enclosure cards and our table plan and order of service with them earlier this year.

The customer service was excellent, with fast responses to my MANY questions, and their patience with me when I couldn't decide on the colours I wanted.

I think they are a small company which is probably why you get such a personal service. We are both extremely happy with everything we recieved- great value for money. Thanks Ivory mint!

We used IvoryMint for our save the date cards and invitation & RSVP cards. I was a bit hesitant to use them because they are quite a young company - they openly say it on their website (I liked their honesty). But I absolutely loved their designs, very unique and modern. We went for the 'Purple Chevron' design and the moment I opened our package, only 4 days after our final revision was done, I fell in love with them. Not only do the cards look great, the quality is very high too - nice and thick card. The customer service was very good, they were very quick to reply to all my questions and tried to skype with me (but my internet connection was too slow!)

I have had lots of positive comments about the save the dates as I haven't sent the invitations out yet.

I would 100% use ivorymint again and would urge you to do so too. Because they are fairly new they also gave me a discount when I emailed them for a quote. Not sure how long they'll be doing that for but its worth a try!
