Shampers Wine Bar, Soho

I come here about once a month because it's fairly central, close to Carnaby Street and a good central place to meet. The food is good, with daily specials that are reasonably priced and the wine list is amazing with lots of wines by the glass. That's the good bit, but the service is really patchy. The staff are so offhand and up themselves that I always wonder why I go back. Having said that, the food is good and the atmosphere is really buzzy, so yes I would recommend it, but be warned you may end up cursing the staff!
