Great
This is our first visit. Having talked to mates and reading the assessments I was give up dining here. The service was extremely high quality. Very attentive. The atmosphere was calm yet inviting. They're going the extra distance to make sure their guests are happy. This is the most beautiful bowl I have ever had!I endorse this restaurant for anyone who loves food items. Very accomodating working team, and always there when you wish them.
The sushi chefs are perfect simply serve the best fish. I've encouraged this cafe to quite a few, some people and none of them happen to have been disappointed!!

We Ate At Taro Japanese Restaurant On Brewer Stree
We ate at Taro Japanese Restaurant on Brewer Street last night. It was ok - there isn't much of an atmosphere, really bright lighting! It was fairly late at night (10pm) and there were about 4 other tables eating (making the restaurant approx 25% full). The sushi looked very sorry for itself and my husband who had eaten there before advised against ordering it to save disappointment. We did order some edamame from the fairly surely waiter. Which were cold (as they sometimes are). We asked if it would be ok for them to be heated, which they silently were. My husband ordered some seafood noodles and i had salmon terriyake with vegetables and rice. It was ok, not particularly good but pretty good value for money at about £7. I wouldn't go back. The food wasn't good enough, i didn't really like the atmosphere and the staff were pretty miserable, maybe i caught them on a bad day. However there are 2 or 3 much better sushi restaurants nearby.
