good apps but new version is released very fast and target device is required to upgrade which is very difficult to get.

I have used other spyware on my child's phone and the support was awful with ongoing breaks in service to top it off. With StealthGenie, they offer a live chat option which solved my problem (our child was getting a new phone after losing their old one) in less than five minutes. Their product and follow-up service for this cost is nothing short of phenomenal! All-in-all, a great product and service at a fair price - just a good value!!

The application might need more improvements to some of the features they have.
It can get quite troublesome going through some of the logs. I am using SG from different countries as the target device phone and one of the biggest things i face is a lot of the issues needs the target phone to be at reach to solve. I dont blame SG since that is my problem to begin with but if in the future, troubleshooting without the need to access the device would be great. I have had problems
mainly with recorded calls and recording surroundings. But with that being said, SG provides one of the best and fastest support service. Every time i go online and seek support help from the 24/7 support desk, i always get a swift and prompt reply from the service staff. One of the best experience is with Troy Adams, who has been extremely helpful and patient with my insistent need for help with troubleshooting. If you are seeing this Troy, THANK YOU good sir! I would definitely recommend the service, despite the need for subtle improvement. i have had no serious problems with SG and their service cancels out the problems you might face.

Very Good But Suggesting Some Improvements.
I am using SG for Android and have had a real good experience and overall functionality is very good. But I suppose some improvements are needed to make it more useful.
1. SG should allow multiple downloads of calls recording. We should be able to select a number of calls and download those with single click.
2. SG displays only 10 records on one page and browsing to older records (specially location records and old call records) becomes very time consuming and some time SG logs out due to time factor. So, number of records (call logs, recordings, location) on one page be increased upto 200 records on one page. (User should have option to select as to how many records user wants to see on one page.
3. Records / logs of a particular date can be searched. The search option should should be extended to time also (ability to search from a particular time to a particular time of specific dates).
4. Resetting of the service option should be available in the control penal. So that user can himself/herself reset a service at any time without contacting help line.
5. Recording surroundings mostly does not work even if the connection status is green. Plz improve its functionality.

It does not work most of the time. It does not give the address on the GPS you have to click on the view when it should just have the address next to the view location. Half the time like right now it has no new data-I just called and text the target phone and it did not register that I called or text. Recorded calls are garbled cant understand a word of what is said. Just every thing about this product sucks-that has been my experience. stealthgenie for a Android Hydro 404 is a waste of money because you only receive half of the calls and text messages. GPS is off also.

I love this software , it works good , nothing is perfect in the world. But it's doing the job.i used it for over a year and it really works., sometimes it doesn't record some calls , but its very rear, but am happy with it.

Bought the Premium package for the iPhone only to be lied to! You can’t record calls, to listen to surroundings you have to send an SMS message from your phone to the spied on phone (yes they see it), geotracking is horribly off, email feature doesn’t work, etc. Buy this only if you want to monitor texts. That’s it!
What a waste of money for the PREMIUM version. I can literally only record texts? r u serious

What is happening with Stealth Genie? All the pages load blank.
I ordered this service for android Samsung phone,everything they say is not 100% true,the most importan futures won't work as they claim,the supposed 24/7 technical service answer when they believe they want or the next day,is not live like they advertise,read my review That I posted about it with the copy of the body of the messages they send me back asking me to do stuff in the target phone, when you don't supposed touch the phone after the installation,they looks to me like a grip of kids trying to get in business,If you get this service like I did and you want to cancel but you have not a solid reason for the cancellation their policy read the take part of the refund, not my case the refund me 100% and not recommend this service or software to any one is not finish or not writing right or something If you don't believe try and get screw .

I ordered stealthgenie and got the premium package because I wanted the live phone call intercept feature. Well in the demo it shows speaker icons next to the phone number thats calling that you click on to listen to the call. I don't have anything in the 'listen' category. There are no speaker icons for me to click on and I can't record calls either. Whats the deal? Anyone know what I should do?
I ordered stealth genie for the feature that would allow me to record my sons surroundings because he was being bullied at school. I was so excited to use this feature, but it did not work as described. It actually did not work at all! I called customer support and received a full refund. I'm sure some of their simpler features work fine, but the premium package is very expensive and the one feature I needed did not work so it wasn't worth the money for me. Best of luck!
Why can't I hear or play recorded calls/surroundings? My stealth genie app doesn't work well.
I had problems hearing the recordings also. Usually I could only hear the person that was talking on the phone with Stealth Genie load on it. Very rarely could I hear the person they were speaking too. I never recorded any surroundings, but from my experience they probably had to be right next to the phone in order to hear them. I canceled my subscription due to the person hearing sounds when Stealth Genie was active and their phone would not work properly.
I had more success with text messages, however, sometimes it would be days before they downloaded. Stealth Genie is a good idea, that would useful if it worked better.
