I placed an order for two unlock phones for a Pantech breeze 3 phones but it has been more than a week and I have not received the codes. I tried to email and contact them through the online form but everything bounced back, as it appears the emails are deactivated. I also called the phone shown on their website but it is disconnected.

I assumed they just stood my money. Terrible 

Ordered samsung s21 plus unlock and that's all. No communication no email no code never got reply from them no online chat nothing. just took money and that's all. Can't believe. Don't buy any unlock service.

Dont bother, they will take you money. No code, it's been 2 days. No one to talk to , no one to email. Its a shame this people at this time where we all need one another. I hope Karma hurries up and get them, so they could be sorry.

There is no one there to answer your call it doesn't matter what time you call they will not answer back on emails so you can't get in touch with them it's been over a week and I still haven't received my number and can't get anyone on the phone during normal business hours sucks crappy I wouldn't recommend to no one

Based on the reviews I decided to give this a try. I have been wanting to use this phone for my child but with a different network. So I put the information requested read the instructions prior to making the purchase and decided to go with it. It took 3 days to receive an email from them and I thing is because I requested a status update, just for the email to tell me to use the device unlock app which i did tried before making the purchase. Anyways I tried it again thinking they had done something at guess what it still says "Device is not eligible for unlock" seriously paid money to get the same message I was getting before using this so called cellphoneunlock program. I really think it was a waste of time. Oh and I emailed them to tell them it didn't work I have not receive any response from them.

The website mentioned instant code generation. I have been waiting for over 4 hours now, and still have not received a code.

I ordered my unlock for my iPhone for $49.99 no one replied to my emails and I kept calling there isn’t anyone to answer. 

never got my code dont buy, i paid 5 dollars to unlock my blackberry bold 9900 and i am still waiting to get my code! 

Wasted my money . Send to unlock ZTE Blade from ATT. They send me a code and it did nothing. I am out $20. Tried calling and email could not get through ....Was very disappointed. Could not call or talk to anyone.

I was a bit sceptical at first but the service was great, although they said it would take up to 7 days to unlock my phone it was done in 3 days. Overall great service and my phone unlocked without any problems. And also they were cheaper than a few others I checked out.
