I hired for a solution to block duplicate accounts and sent the information about my case, which was totally ignored. They sent me a totally generic plan, the kind you find for free on the internet. I asked on the same day that I hired them for a refund of the 1000 pounds I paid and they do not want to refund me claiming that they have already started the service. They made a ridiculous single 1 page plan and think they can charge me £1000. A real rubbish, totally disrespectful and bad. I will get my money via chargeback. 

Very professional service from start to finish. They even gave us some much needed advice to stop the issues from happening again.

Work was extremely high quality with great instructions, and they replied fast.

Amazon closed my account without any reason. I spent weeks trying to find out why. I was recommended Thompson and Holt and they were superb. They reviewed my account history and discovered the reason. 4 days later after and appeal and action plan my account was reinstated. The service by Lura was great she understood my situation and knew how to sort it out.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Please do not fall for the Thompson & Holt website and its so-called success rate. This has been the worst legal experience of my life. I was going to be suspended on Amazon for mistakenly violating Amazon's dropship policy. I engaged Thompson & Holt for their help. Bad mistake. They charged me $1000 US for two attempts at an appeal; however, both times, I had to email them back with all of the additional feedback for them to update the appeal document again. On the last evening, before my final appeal was due, they failed to update the final document and or make any changes. I stayed up all night rewriting the entire appeal myself. I was certainly willing to pay them something for their time, more like half of what I paid them and learning the lesson to never work with them again, but then they turned our conversation into legal threats which then forced me to write this review when they failed to find a win/win for this situation. Do not spend any money with this so-called legal firm.  They did not even spell words correctly on the first two appeal letters. Avoid Thompson & Holt at all cost.

My account was suspended as they said it was related to another account. Thompson and holt went through everything, and we found out where the link was. We got it sorted out, and i am back selling.

Amazing from the very start of the suspension process. They explained everything to us in a way which we understood. There was always someone there to speak to when we had a question. The account was reinstated in 4 days over the Christmas period.

Excellent from the very start. The person I dealt with was brilliant and reinstated our account in 48 hours! The fee was £500, the account was suspended for inauthentic items and we didn't have the invoices.

I have used Thompson and Holt two years ago and I would use them again if required. The prices have increased but the service is still great and my account was reinstated. Some of my network told me to use other Amazon appeal companies as they were cheaper but they are not around now.

The person I dealt with has been a life saver for me and my business, all the staff were so helpful. I now have no stress because my account is live again and I know if I am suspended in the future I can rely on Thompson and Holt.

The whole process took less than a week however a weeks lost caused me huge financial difficulty.
