I ordered my new Ltd. company formation packages but i never get as promised. Customer service is zero, they donot know how to speak with customer. And many more things i donot want to say......

I applied for a guaranteed bank account paid £49 only to be told , sorry we can't open bank accounts for that type of business.

Then told they would refund the payment...they didn't Now can't get hold of them on the phone and not returning calls.

Set up my company which included in the pack a bank account and registered office. All was set up very quickly.

EAC advertises its Prices very clearly but cannot provide you with a service at the advertised Price. It adds on extras that leaves you no choice to pay eg the cheapest price for a Company start up is £14.95 yet the real price is greater. So this Company deliberately misleads you in advertising its service for a price in big bold blue signs, knowing full well that the Advertised price is not going to be honoured. All basis of trust goes which is a shame. The site lets you place the order and pay for the order and then 1 day later it requests that you pay more so the site does not even prevent you from ordering, knowing full well that you have committed yourself to the order. Not a Company that is honest and truthful in my view.

They setup a company for me and I also opted for a bank account to be setup at a extra charge because it was easy for them to do and saved me the hassle and because it was guaranteed. Well 6 weeks on and I am still waiting!!No bank account, no news or any correspondence. They don't answer emails either so basically their service is terrible! Would not recommend and i think there must be better companies out there.

We needed a company registering quickly with a bank account. The process was easy and the company was formed the same day. Our company bank account was opened after an account manager contacted us. Would use again.

Six weeks after failing to do what they claim on their website, they now fail to give money back even though during three telephone calls promised they would.

Their reception staff are rude and sound/act thick to say the least....."a cheque is in the post", "we only refund via cheque", "only person who can refund is on holiday" etc etc etc.

They fail to abide by distance selling laws and trading standards regulations.

This company basically offer what anyone can do themselves. So, do it yourself - don't give them your money.

We are getting ours back via credit card now.
