Service is consistent and very knowledgeable. At times it seems that the advisor isn't very knowledgeable of the company's policies/procedures and/or up to date position of the case and in that case the advice seems a little out of touch with what we're trying to achieve.

Very responsive to queries and on the ball with a lot of queries and are ready to answer all questions/queries thrown at them.

Would recommend as a HR support especially for smaller companies.

The service provided by Avensure has been fantastic. We have had a few occasions where we have required HR guidance and have found Avensure to provide a professional, approachable and efficient service. Having a friendly, knowledgeable voice at the end of the phone has been a great support.

The person I dealt with at Avensure has always been a great support to myself and the workplace.

She responds quickly and efficiently to emails and calls made, nothing is too much trouble and if the problem is not easy to resolve she puts me in touch with other colleagues who can resolve it.

I have utilised Avensure for a couple of years and have found them to be a valuable resource especially when dealing with tricky HR issues. They have also updated my staff handbooks and my contracts of employment to ensure that they are complaint with all the necessary up to date legislation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing employment advice, it is so important to get it right and they definitely make sure of that. They are friendly and helpful and advise you any issues and provide all the necessary letters that you need to send to your staff.

The amount of money they want to charge a small business is an extortion! They trap you in a extremely long contract and you cannot get out of it.

Excellent clear informative advice on how to deal with staff being off sick for prolonged periods. Saved me from paying out for ssp which staff were not intitled to due to being absent without leave as did not produce sick notes for the full period.

Liked the idea of the letters to staff bring written on my behalf saved me time and worry about wording something wrong.

My experience has always been positive. All staff are always really helpful and usually quick to respond.

Our advisor has been very helpful and is very prompt with her reply to our questions. I would recommend the service to other employers.
