Not exactly the "caring" company, the tv advert implies. The lady I spoke to, for advice, was very curt. I'm going elsewhere.

iL4u obtained my details even though I have never visited their site or any others to claim for personal injury, they have then referred my details toa firm of solicitors and contacted me about making a claim. Wheni tried to contact the customer services department, I was told their lines are busy and assured that someone would contact me as soon as they are available. A day and a half later I have still not be contacted, this is very poor customer service and it seems the staff are unaware of what to do. I have give them until the end of the day to call me back or I will be escalating this to the ministry of justice and the claims regulator for unsolicited contact.

complete waste of time, i contacted traffic lawyers 4 u when i received a 6 month driving ban, i was advised i had a strong case for appreal by the head of the company, he explained to me that he was able to assist me with my case as soon as i paid all the relavent fees, i was in a rush to proceed, so i paid straight away which was the 18th march to get things moving along, i contacted him numerous times left voice mails for him to contact me regarding how my case was going, he failed to return my calls, i had to ring up the courts myself to obtain and clarify if my case was but forward for appeal has i was not told by traffic lawylers 4 u, the courts explained that the company had logged my case for appeal, i later contacted him again for court dates for which he never replied, after around 4 weeks i later contacted the courts again on 28th april for my hearing date which was the 3march, i attened court on this date, only to meet with an indipendent barristor, if id of known this before i paid my fees i would of never used this company, as it transpired i never had any chance of winning my appeal, i feel he sold me a product just to get the money off me and sweep me away once the case was closed, i never got any letters from this company explaining to me how my case was going no letters telling me about possible courts dates, i have been ripped off to the tune of £780 THIS FIRM ARE A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS............

I contacted injury lawyers 4u after a motor bike accident. Was allocated an excellent solicitor who took care of everything and was always available to take calls, unlike other solicitors I have had to use in the past!!!! Cannot fault the service I received and my case settled for a nice sum! Highly recommend them

InjuryLawyers4u provide a great service, they are easy to contact, totally professional and I like the way it is a solicitor's marketing consortium, with it's only members being firms of solicitors, rather than claims management middlemen who do nothing to assist your personal injury claim, other than to sell you on to a solicitor. Why not cut out the middleman and go direct to a solicitor in the first place?

I recommend them whole heartedly if you are ever unfortunate enough to need their help
