Do not recommend, was fed with lies and I was treated like I was a disposable employee, The company I was working for was treating agency staff very badly and does not like anyone speaking up about abuse in the work place from full time employees when a complaint is put in they do nothing about it and tell you to get on with it. Attitude is appalling do not recommend stay well clear of mtrec recruitment! Do not waste your time with mtrec they will fiddle with your taxes. He does not care about anyones mental health as proven at the Dreager factory. Multiple employees from mtrec working there have broken down in tears due to the abuse received from full time employees and supervisors.stay far away from mtrec recruitment.

Update, Shortly after posting the review for mtrec recruitment I received threatening and passive aggressive phone calls from a mtrec recruiter due to the bad review. They do not care about staff only about the reputation of their business. I was hounded via phone call and text message and only ever received a p45 from a random email in my spam box. Stay far away from mtrec recruitment. The reviews speak for themselves. Please do research on this company before accepting any job offers!

I was made redundant from my job of 33 years on September 30 th 2020 . I started applying for full time jobs online as I’m a single person with a mortgage and I was so worried that I wouldn’t find another job . I got a phone call from MTrec that same day , they contacted me as I had been applying for jobs with companies that they deal with . They asked me if I could get to an induction for a job at 9am the following morning and of course I said yes . Unbelievably I got that full time job the very next day after I was made redundant . I’m over the moon , can’t thank MTrec enough for what they have done for me . I start my new job on Monday . I’ve already recommended them to a friend and I would recommend them to anyone .

3weeks since I was on the course not a sniff of a job not even a phone call mane to old but think taking advantage of unemployed to keep them in a job

m trec got me a job local to my area and now ive been took on full time with my new employers i would not have getting into work so quick if it wasnt for mtrec they helped me loads and are very helpfull to answer any queries i had the people are very understanding thanks for the help and if i need them again i wouldnt hessetate.

Got me the necessary free training to give me the qualifications employers are looking for at present. Got me a start with in two weeks of completion and although the initial placement only lasted 12 weeks, they were true to their word and secured me alternative employment which has just led to a full time contract in a job I love. Thanks

A man from Mtrec lie to me put me on 3 day course and at the end of course said be job strait away for me that man next time I bump in to I'm god bless I'm joke cons

I worked for mtrec snice October they got me a job making pallets now I have a full contract with them am very happy with the Service what I received from mtrec very helpful and if I had any questions for them I received them straight away so I would like to thank them very much and appreciate everything they have done for me

Mtrec have always found me work over the last 3 and a half years and I can't praise them enough. I've worked at 5 different places and never been out of work for more than a couple of days. Don't listen to any bad reviews, I've always been paid each week and any issues have been dealt with straight away by all helpful members of staff. I recommend anyone that wants to work hard and stay in work contact Mtrec.

I was very impressed by MTrec , they have loads of jobs and a friend told me try them after a detailed interview they fixed me up real quick with a great warehouse in Washington the place is huge and there is lots of training on offer for fork lift trucks and I hoping for permanent work with them this is all thanks to MTrec

Horrendous bullying staff. You may get one shift a fortnight if you're lucky. They do not pay your wages even after taking most of it for themselves in double NI and tax that the company takes. Uniforms are £20 each [you must purchase two]. You constantly turn up for your one shift a fortnight to be told it's cancelled. You may as well send them some money and stay at home. The 'manager' obviously has no control over his abusive staff. Utterlly disgusting. It's no wonder they are regarded as the worst agency in the north east.
