The positives are limited. Coworkers are friendly but outings are infrequent.

This Agency, i.e., never ever comes back with a proper email from staff. Always generated emails sent following any application that goes through them.

I never ever seen anything like it in my life.

All the agencies are a massive hassle between people who seek employment and the potential employers. If you ever heard “ I will come back to you shortly” that translates I will never come back to you. They take details and never come back. Who are these people to decide our employment or non employment?

Why do I have to stay unemployed because they are the middle man?

This has to stop!

No one is contacting you back. TIME WASTERS!!!

I have been reaching them out for almost two weeks. No thing happened and no one called.

Useless- INDEED SHOULD BAN THEIR JOBS!

Apply for a job, leave me a voicemail asking me to call back. I call back and that is the last I hear as the lady is 'out for lunch'.

The person I dealt with at the Exeter branch is truly an Angel! She's been patient, professional and honest. She's taken time to learn about the company and what we need, meaning we've been given only high quality candidates. I can't thank her and the rest of the team enough!

I have gotten a job through them and am very stable but this was because of the person I dealt with: 

shes so lovely and will not forget how much she has done for me

on the other hand, I currently deal with a different lady the most awful woman to speak to, shes rude and quite frankly incompetent.

hate having to contact her for anything as its never a nice response back, the only good thing shes capable of doing is actually reply to me i suppose.

I tried to join this agency as I thought they were somewhat serious about actually finding people jobs. After sending my cv and going to the offices in person, I had to chase them to actually get me in for an interview. And after that, they never got in touch with me again. Never replied to my emails and basically completely ignoring me. Not the way you want to deal with new candidates. So, word of advice, try and apply for jobs yourself as they are a waste of time.

If I could rate this agency with Zero stars I would. Useless service and they never even revert with confirmation of job submission. Terrible service and don't bother with these guys! Useless is too good a word for them.

Office Angels !!! Wouldn't waste your time , I have applied for quite a few jobs where I have had the relevant experience , they have never acknowledged any applications very rude and unprofessional !!!

I come from another continent, but have studied and worked in the UK most of my life, always with a valid visa and always paying all my taxes etc. I had an interview with Office Angels in south of England and everything went fine, until the manager called me a couple of days later, nearly yelling that she reported me to Home Office for working illegally, that "all you immigrants come here working illegally and then don't want to take any jobs, but just take benefits", she promised to report me to HMRC, too, and kept on going on how immigrants are a problem. Well, my paperwork is spot on and it will now be a waste of tax-payers' money for the investigation that will prove it, if she really has done what she claimed. Apparently only white Britons are welcome in Office Angels and the employees don't even do their checks properly before they offend a large group of innocent people. This is not acceptable.
