RSW is the most unprofessional agency I have come across, they continuously wasted my time. I was sent to jobs that don't exist, that took 45 minutes of my time to get there. I was paid the wrong amount, far less than should have been paid. Nobody wants to help with any issues, you will just hear off them when they decide to fill job positions. I was promised the jobs I was looking for only to be told it fell through. Just a complete time waste !

Felt pressured into accepting a job I was unsure about. Probably so they could achieve their fee.

Travelled 30 miles for an 'interview' to start a job in my home town only to find that the job advertised apparently doesn't exist as I was asked to fill in umpteen forms for various different agencies all asking for exactly the same information. Complete waste of time

RSW agency in Bridgend are simply, one of the worst agencies i have come across. I have worked for many such agencies, and these come very close to bottom of the list.From the moment you meet one of the Ladies- and i use the term loosely- in their office, you know what to expect. Arrogant, ignorant and rather quite unpalatable.They treat you like a novice,not knowing your qualifications,and put up any valid reasons for not doing a particular assignment and you might as well head for the door.I certainly would never do any work for people like these.
