was there this morning jan/2023 , asked for everything on paper..i.e. bank statement, national insurance number on goverment forms to me this is a possible way of gathering my data for other reasons...stay away ..any other places just need to know if you can prove your right to stay but not this lot....i may be wrong but i doubt it

They got me to sign up with them for a full time job, once registered i didn't recieve any work for three weeks! When they did find me some work it was only one day per week. Now because of a mistake on their behalf I have to wait nearly three weeks to be paid for one days work

I had to visit this agency FIVE TIMES just to register. Then the guy dealing with me didn't progress my registration for some reason, left the company and didn't tell me that he wasn't progressing my registration. He requested that I let him know when I was available to work for Taskmaster, which I duly did. He did not contact me again. When I contacted the branch, I was ignored at least FOUR TIMES and eventually managed to get a response from someone at Taskmaster who said that they couldn't find my paperwork and didn't know anything about me. When they did eventually find my paperwork (after yet more chasing from me) they said that they weren't progressing my registration due to a holiday FIVE MONTHS AWAY yet no one had bothered to tell me that my holiday was a problem. Now they don't even bother responding to my calls and emails. The staff at Taskmaster were happy for me to stay at home earning nothing.
