I broke my collarbone in a traffic accident while returning home from work. 23/01/2024.The doctor from Fracture clinic gave me sicknote for 8 weeks, and a second time for 8 more weeks. I called the Agency the next day after the incident, telling them what happened and asking them how to send my sicknote to them, by email or bring it to the office. To which they answer me: Go to job centre, they will pay you there. Within 1 month I was ignored from Best Connection. I decided contact HRMC, I send them my Contract, and my sicknotes for reviewing. After 1.5 month I recieved letter from HRMC saying: After reviewing my contract, they contacted Best connection, but didn't get any response from them, and they give them time to pay ASAP my sicknote payment which I am entitled to under the contract. Just after that, Best connection fired me and send my P45, With no choise i have decided to report it to Acas, and i will go further if i need to by LAW.

This is very frustrated and stressfull situation not only for me, and also for my wife and 2 kids, because they left me for more than 14 weeks without money, and already without a job.

I applied to an advert they repeatedly posted on indeed.

This position was fabricated and never existed.

After being on the books for over a month. Finally got 2 wks work at a different customer.

It toom me 6 wks to get my p45 processed and they didn't pay the outstanding holiday pay I'd earned.

This was stated I the contract they sent me. And also on the main website.

Now they won't even answer the phone.

I was employed by the best connection as a driver for a company called eurocell based in cressex high wycombe all was fine they were very happy with my work until the last week when my manager at eurocell went on holiday and asked me to work while he was away and said i was booked to work by him i told the best connection agency in slough and was told to work i worked all week but on the last day i was told after doing my deliveries to go home as i haven't been booked its been 4 weeks and i still haven't been paid and now im getting sarcastic message's from the man who works for the best connection in slough saying we cant pay you tomorrow but if we get good news from eurocell we might be able to squeeze a late payment next wednesday what a disgraceful thing to say after making me wait a month ignoring my calls and not paying me for the work they should be ashamed of themselves treating working class people this way

Was time for me to change my job and type of work I do. Worthing branch was so helpful and matched me with my dream job. I was a cleaner, now I am office Manager. The best connection pay on time.
