Out of 400 various staffing agencies in the Boston area, Winter Wyman in my opinion is one of the worst I have ever seen. They say they are strong in many areas, but they are requiring their recruiters to interview a certain number of candidates every week to meet a quota. One of their Recruiters who spent two full hours with me and whenever I talked with her and told her I was going on other interviews, she could not care less.
