C&g 2365 Level 2 And Level 3 - Great Place To Learn
I decided to retrain as an electrician in 2015 and looked around for a reputable training centre. Having no experience in the industry or knowing where to train I started looking at training centres and reviews, Trade skills 4u stood out as the place to choose and they were opening a new facility in Warrington which was perfect for me. The downside was the cost but, comparing this to a night school course (taking 3 years) was only about £2500 more.
I was a little disappointed to discover that having booked the course at a cost of £7500 they offered a 10% discount on black Friday which was quite a saving.
I was a little nervous starting the course being a more mature student but I needn't have. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I arrived on a dark and cold January morning by the lovely girls on reception.
Our tutor came to meet us and got to meet the rest of the guys I was to spend 16 weeks with. What a bunch of great guys, all ages and backgrounds, they made me feel comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings and it appeared that most of were of similar abilities.
Our tutor instantly made me feel welcome and gave me confidence in my abilities as well as give me confidence that he was going to be a good tutor.
At times I have struggled but the support that he and the rest of the group have given me had been amazing.
We have at the time of writing this review all passed (with distinctions) our level 2 C&G 2365 and are 2 weeks into level 3. My knowledge and confidence has grown imesurably and I feel that with more hard work for the next 4 weeks there is no reason why I won't pass level 3 and start a new career in Electrical Installations. I honestly can't everyone enough especially our tutor who, through his easy teaching methods and obvious knowledge and experience gad made my learning experience thoroughly enjoyable and worth every penny.

2394-2395 Testing And Inspecting
I booked the course for both 2394/2395 at the same time and got a great deal
The course covered all the areas I needed to refresh in order to brush up my knowledge for the exams
Practical assessment training was good as I learnt how to use a different test instrument
I can honestly say that the course delivered everything I needed to pass all the exams and has left me wanting to go further
The Tutors we able to give me the information without being rushed and seemed to answer everyone's questions before moving on to the next subject
The centre was friendly clean and had areas for tea coffee and somewhere to have lunch
Relaxing and professional
Fantastic Staff And Course
The course is fantastic as it is a good trade to be a part of and is also delivered by the top of the range, highly qualified teachers who make it a fun environment to learn in. My teacher was great as he has broken everything down into detail and has not excluded anyone out regardless of how quick of a learner they are. And not to forget the receptionists are very kind, helpful and always smiling which keeps the spirit alive which in turn adds to the environment being a better place to study.

17th Edition Course
As a training electrician I needed to complete the 17th edition wiring regs and after searching the internet I found Tradeskills4U. I choose Tradeskills4U as they were the only provider I could find that accept Enhanced Learning Credits which was a massive help to me.
The training centre, staff and the class tutor were exceptional and very professional throughout the course keeping me updated before, during and after the course had finished. Certificates were promptly despatched a week or so after the final exam.
I would definitely recommend Tradeskills4U and I have booked myself on the C&G 2394/5 with them at the end of the year.

Professional Training Centre With Very Helpful Staff
Really can't rate Trade Skills 4u highly enough.
I've booked a number of courses with them both for my own personal development and as part of a training programme for colleagues. From making enquirys to securing bookings and aranging payments, the sales / office staff are really helpful, friendly and professional. The trainers are highly skilled and exemplary in their ability to teach. The workshops and facilities are also very good. Trade skills 4u were able to offer tailor made training specific to the job that we do which was so beneficial to our training and development programme.
Only slight criticsm is that parking is limited and free coffee wouldnt go a miss!

Highly Recommended
Based on research into the courses I was looking to do I really wanted to use TradeSkills4U but being based in Manchester they were just too far away for me to make it work. The opening of the new Warrington training centre was perfect timing and being brand new is an excellent facility. The tutors are very knowledgeable with regards to the theory but also all have actual practical experience in the field, I think this is the key thing. As with most things like this the theory is fine but you need the knowledge and experience actually putting things into practice and they pass on their experiences and examples for each subject. No-one I've been taught by 'clock watches' and the tutors are happy to stay on to answer questions or add extra bits into the sessions if we all thought it would be useful.
They're not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for, my time is also valuable and I need to make every day I'm not working count. These are intensive courses designed for people who want to learn and get the qualifications. Buy the books (and READ THEM), put in the work in the evenings and you'll do well. If you think you can just turn up and 'be taught' then it's probably not for you, and for that matter neither is being an electrician.

Great Value, Recommended
This is definitely a training center I would recommend. Done the bronze course and was pleased with the level of teaching and qualification received.
Q&A
Would you need to be apprentice after completing level 2&3 course for experience? Where you will be standing after doing this level 2 & 3 course? Can you get job straight away or you need to find place for your practical experience?
