I'm very very excited. Days back I found a review forum about how ERIB.IO helped outl in getting back loss funds. However, the firm did a tremendous job and helped me get my money out successfully,

I visited a Crown coin store exchange as an extremely niaive grandparent to buy some Vietnamese Dong to give my grandchildren who were travelling next week. As I had no idea of the exchange rate I took the operator at face value unfortunately this was foolish as I was charged a very poor exchange rate and after realising a few days later there was nothing I could do. However the operator I spoke to was very understanding and hoped there could be some relief however the answer was a definite no and nothing can be entered into. I am extremely disappointed in this business and will advise my family and friends not to use them as it is nothing short of taking advantage of people.

Hi I would like to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with the Team at Crown Currency Exchange Pac Fare.

We phoned Crown Currency Exchange Pacific Fair today 28/5/2024 and got immediate attention, we asked about the exchange rate, which they were very happy to assist with. We asked if the were able to exchange a large amount and they replied "YES" how happy were we.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the new guy, who today was his second day (well done you). The transaction was swift and we got what we were told over the phone. Very happy.

The team today were polite, kind and very professional. Thank you

Don't use these guys. Just went to the store in Forest Hill and to exchange $200AUD into VND.

Instead of getting around 3200000VND they gave 2100000VND, and never mentioned the rate. $70 difference on $200. Avoid!

I exchanged money at Pacific Fair AUD to Vietnamese Dong.

I was horrified to discover that it was costing me twice as much for everything in Vietnam than what my travelling friends were paying due to the ridiculously poor exchange rate.

I expected a fair rate. I was willing to forgo 10 - 20 dollars to not have to shop around but in fact it cost me nearly more than $200 extra than had I purchased at a different store or even at the airport or whilst in Vietnam.

Do not use this store. Check the going rate at other stores and even online..

Had I checked online there is no way I would have gone ahead with such a poor rate.

They actually admitted to ripping me off! Charging almost 20% commission. Please be really careful of these guys!

Avoid Crown Currency at all costs! They fleeced me out of nearly $500 with a rate. Their website claims to offer guaranteed competitive rates...JOKE! The Westfield Pitt Street shop had zero interest in resolving my dispute and told me their rates are marginal, they're an exotic shop and I should have done my research...at the time of purchase the lady didn't tell us the rate at any time. Their so called margins are almost 40% lower than banks! They even said it was too late for me to dispute as it had been more than 2 weeks since purchase, even though I'd just got back from Vietnam the day before! I have taken my case to NCAT, ASIC, ASSS and to a lawyer!
