I registered for a account with Transfast. In your initial screen you are asked to provide your email. There is not a second field that asks you to make sure you entered your email correctly. There was a discrepancy in the email address I entered.

I tried to get that resolved. It was a three day ordeal and it never got resolved. Even after providing them with all the information necessary to authenticate my account they could not fix the email address. I sent several emails which they did not receive. I told them they need to add my domain to their whitelist and they said they could not. They told me I must use Google or Yahoo! email services.

Amazingly Fast. It is so easy and convenient doesn't takes any time for transferring the money. Also the rates are very competitive and no additional fees too.

I have given this company a second chance,but it happened again. they cancelled my transaction with no valid reason except that there was something wrong with the receiving bank's server which is always a temporary thing! All in a matter of a day, they automatically cancelled and trapped my money in their 7 days to refund policy. how can they take money out of my account so fast, without the money being received by any bank and yet not be able to return my money to me? I did not initiate the cancellation,they did. If I hadn't called,they would not have sent me an email to tell me they cancelled! when I called,the agent said she will "escalate " my concern. So this is the support I got from them! Cancelled transaction! They can now use my money for free! After this second bad experience with this company, I conclude that Transfast is unreliable! I hate to be suspicious but I can't help but think that they are into something dishonest. So I had to go to western union to send the much needed cash. It got there in a few minutes! A little more in fees but they make sure money gets there fast and are honest. I also use xoom .com, they do not take the money from your account unless successfully deposited. Lesser in exchange rate but honest transactions! Transfast is in the business of cancelling transactions to trap customers money for days!

Awesome service provided by Transfast all the time

I use transfast to transfer money to India every month. It only takes 2 clicks and 2 minutes to make the transfer. Money is credited on the recipient account on time most of the time. At times it goes to the security check (even though i transfer twice every month). If your transaction is being reviewed,then it takes at least a week and few follow up calls for the transaction to be successful. If you are sending less than 1000 dollars then you have to pay the service fee. Previously they had a INDFREE code but now I have to pay extra 5 dollars. I hope they will bring back the INDFREE code and refer a friend option.

only thing i didnt like is: i made a transfer last month choosing option Fast track which takes 24 hrs to transfer and it automatically converted by transaction from Fastrack to Value+ which takes 2-3 days, when i called customer care they said system randomly picked your transaction and converted which i am not interested as I transaction was urgent not rate , Suggestion to Transfast: pls make a confirmation layer before you switch transaction once confirmed then only give us the advantage.

USD to INR rate is very good (best in class). Every time money credited in less than 1 hour. Very reliable service. I am using this service for more than 1 years. No complain, very happy. I recommends to my friends. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

I Sent the money for free charge but it will take 5 days before the money is received by the recipient. This time I am sending a bigger amount, $1000. When the recipient will get the money, there were lots of problems in the system. There is no problem at all in terms of receiver's and sender's data since I am using their service for several times when I sent lesser amount like $100. After several calls and complaints, they tried to act as if they are resolving the problem. Then later they cancelled the transaction without valid reason. Their policy, RETURN THE AMOUNT, THAT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS TO PROCESS. They hold my money for 12 days. Who knows what TRANSFAST is doing with my money for 12 days. A WISE WAY TO HAVE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS TEMPORARILY.

I WILL NEVER USE THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SO BEWARE OF THIS.
