Poor service and very bad customer care!! 15 days and no one could tell me about my money transfer!! Because of this so called "confidentiality", nobody was willing to help me track the payment. They play with your money when they don't simply take it... look over the internet and you'll find the truth about this company!!! First and last time with XENDPAY. I advice you all to stay away from them.

Transferred money through debit card on 28th Dec. After deducting money from my account, they have asked extra details of recipient to complete the transaction. Even after providing the details they now require Passport copy and 5 years employment history of the recipient to process the transaction.

The catch is, that you cannot cancel the order and if you don't provide details they require, your money will be refunded after 60 days and they will charge you administration fee also.

Be careful.

Don't trust.. they are cancelling the transaction when ever pound value goes high with out proper justification....Very poor service.......................

they used my funds for almost a week and wouldn't transfer the funds and not even notify about the same, they cancelled the payment with no reason being provided probably due to operational issues...but this has cost me money as it will now be expensive for me to transfer same amount elsewhere due to volatility in currency market due to BREXIT.

Unfortunately my experience with Xendpay can be best described as nothing short of an absolute disgrace. Due to some urgent family problems here in Thailand I had to convert and transfer some EUR from Italy to Thai Baht.

In the end it took them SEVENTEEN days to transfer the funds into my Thai account. They changed the expected settlement date THREE TIMES. In the last week prior to settlement basically I had to call them every day (at least once) as their information was either incorrect or just not forthcoming.

The only positive thing I can say about them is that they leave you free to pay whatever you want for the transaction, which is why they still have some customers, I guess. So if you don't need your money urgently and don't mind being messed about for 2.5 weeks, then feel free to choose Xendpay's services.

Personally I think I'll give them a wide berth in the future - probably I wouldn't choose them even if the transaction was offered to me free of charge. That just sums up how bad they are.

Most pathetic service that i have ever experienced from by transferring money with Xendpay! i would prefer using any other transfer agent than yourself and i wont mind paying few extra Quids for 100 times superior service. its been 2 days and my money is still lying with Xendpay. however in reality it only takes 3-4 hours for them to be transferred. i have been transferring it for so many years now. You dont deserve to be recommended.

Is it possible, you can cancel my transfer and credit my money back to my debit card in UK?

i have posted above comment on Xendpay Facebook Page and messaged them this on Facebook. as a result of which they have blocked me from there page and have cancelled the transaction - which is good. however i still haven't received the refund as yet.

This will be escalated to FSA and HM Revenues and Customs, if i don't receive the immediate refund of my money.

Rudest most customer service response - i could have ever imagined. No email, no revert of my message for even a simple word of Apology for there pathetic services rendered to there customers. I just hope this company is not fraud - mentioning so many fake good reviews on various websites and big claims.

Hi All, What I understood from friends is your first transaction will take time to process as that require some identity verification. If you carefully read instructions it will be easier and safe.

After that it will be like any other companies in processing time but best in money saving. Their exchange is best as equal as XE.COM and always better than any competitor.

As usual, a negative feedbacks posted than positive experiences. So far I am very happy with XendPay and their customer service also good.

Very bad service!They provide account to transfer money in their client accounts and once we made payment to their account they keep on telling that we did not received payment even though your account is deducted and they received money after some follow ups they cancelling the transaction.

There is no response if you contact them, they are trying to eat all your money. don't use xendpay.

hi i had send money on 21 aug (600 EURO) . and 24 aug (200 EURO) and i still waiting for payment. where are my money? very bad service !!!!!!!!
