Value For Money
Thiefs! Stole My Money!
I registered for this company for a *ahem* FREE 7 day trial. I was told I was not eligible as I entered a tiny bit of wrong info (a typo) so I corrected it and resent it and voila, I had an account. Once inside I saw it was very similar to another credit report website that actually gives it you for free on a monthly basis so I therefore decided it was pointless.
I followed the links to cancel my account and then a few days later got a confirmation E-Mail and thought nothing off it ... Until I checked by credit card statement.
They took 2 payments of £19.95 from my account, one for the "uneligible" registration and another for the cancelled "Free Trial" - I read the small print and it quite clearly stated something along the lines of "Free 7 day trial then £19.95 a month there after unless cancelled before the end of your trial"
I am now unable to get in touch with the company as they wont speak to me since I don't have an account, I have therefore raised this issue as unauthorised transactions with my credit car provider who are (hopefully) acting accordingly.
Avoid this company at all costs! Rip off merchants!

Do Not Use!!
As the previous reviewer said, they took out money from my account after they were unable to provide me with information about my credit rating… bad customer service. Really taking their time to sort out this problem. They don't seem to mind taking my money, though...

Deny You An Account And Then Take Your Money Avoid
Avoid at all costs - I applied for the 'Free' 7 day trial, I was then told that my application was denied - so I stopped the process of application.
A couple of weeks later I saw that they had taken money from my account, on further inspection they had sent me an email which had been caught in my spam filter saying the account had been opened. I then went to log into my account which asks you to enter further information - which then produced an error so that I couldn't look at my account anyway.
I get a feeling this website could be a way to just get your credit card details.
