I had a most pleasant experience upgrading my phone at the Car-Tel Communications store on 17th Street in Philadelphia. The representative, Attila Cosby was knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager and the other associate on duty at the time worked as a team to make me feel like the number 1 customer.

I worked with them I still havent been paid neither have any other people I know. All I have acheived is loseing some long standing friends who trusted me .

I have never come across such complete idiots.

cartel are such a con the rep that conned us into using them was a so called friend(ex-friend now) but guess he sold his soul to cartel! we parted with £495 and were thinking about parting with more as he made it sound so easy and made us feel like it was all above board! i know this may not sound like much to some people but it is when your stuggling! thank god we did'nt part with more money like some poor people did! trying to manage money and pay off debts is hard enough without people like cartel stealing hard earned money from people why cant they get proper jobs!! i dont know how the people that set up cartel can sleep at night and i'm sure they must know that what goes around comes around and 1 day they will loss everything they have for what they have done to people,as they have taken food from families with kids to support without a thought! it makes me so sick! they should never had been aloud to start trading! so glad they have been stopped so no more people can be conned by them! ps. wish i could rate them 0 but had to select 1 star but they dont even come close to 1 star!!!!!!

I was a Cartel representative for 3 months part time alongside my business as I felt it something that might have made me money - in those 3 months I went on all their training courses and even kept the manuals they provided.

I also paid £2355 towards various loans, credit cards and mortgages reviews that I was led to believe would be overturned to my favour. I became very concerned about the company on a various training courses. When I was very shocked that a woman who had been working at Cartel for nearly 7 years was dictating how we were to carry out the selling side of Cartel and how very vague certain statements were with the general public.

When asked if we have any questions I was one to speak up and was told that if I didn't like it I was "leave if you can't do it" when I queried her response I was told "I'm not the boss, that's the way it is, so tough"

After selling to 3 friends this system, I was being asked questions that I couldn't answer and started to raise them through Cartel, no one had the answers, they were only geared up to take money and deliver a website that you logged into - queries, complaints and follow-ups by them was nonexistent even to us the sales reps, we were told to ignore people and refer them to numbers that wouldn't get answered.

I then began to worry about by own investment and started to delve deeper, no one returned my calls and in the end all I had as a contact was an answer phone to talk to - to leave messages and hope someone called back

Hence I left Cartel as a representative. I asked for an update on my own personal reviews - I was told that one of my reviews was unsuccessful and they refunded me that money - they still have £2155.00 of my money, I have asked for updates and left countless messages, I have emailed them and they have not returned a thing - join the queue I guess

Conclusion

I have worked for them, with them and been a customer. I have met the Owner and I can tell you this, everybody in Cartel is stressed, evasive, uncommitted and very misleading. They will not do anything, unless you put a lot of pressure on them. They're not interested in you as a person, just your money, the problem is people seeking this reclaim/review are like little Oliver holding out his cup for more porridge - it's a form of begging and this company know it, I mean what are you going to do, tell all your friends about it? About your personal debt life and how your chasing bad money debts and have just been scammed?

Personally the MOJ (ministry of justice) are a waste of time as all they will do is tell you to write to Cartel - that's like talking to the wall so why have the MOJ - The reason you and I are in this mess is because the MOJ has allowed this to continue for so long under their noses and have done sweet FA about it. Until now!!!

Perhaps one day you and I will get your money back

Scam, how do these people sleep at night, they have £1200 of my hard earned cash n now they've been closed down what a joke! I really can't afford to lose my money, I've contacted the ministry of justice, the financial ombudsman, my credit card company etc, etc so now it's just another waiting game! If u paid the fees to cartel on yr credit card then under section 75 they are joint liable apparently, if u paid by cheque then u havnt really got a leg to stand on! I hope I get my money back! N I hope that the people responsible get wot they deserve!!!

Cartel Client review is an absolute scam. I parted with £3,000 when 2 cases were unsuccessful it took me 6 months and getting the MOJ involved to get that money back. Don't know if I'm going to see the other money. Can't believe I've been so stupid. They've closed their solicitors and the MOJ are their offices evestigating them. Just a matter of time till they go bust..

Cartel have a £1000 of mine ive spent 2 years trying to get an answer from them the ministry of justice website was very helpful.I phoned them yesterday also i have a phone number to contact cartel and they answered!!!!.

Cartel new number is:0845 051 0707 you have to wait but not as long as 2 years!.The ministry of justice also said you are to write to them stating your concerns and send it recorded delivery and track it on the royal mail website,also they recommended that you give them a deadline to either update you or refund you!.Goodluck

STAY AWAY FROM CARTEL REVIEW AS HE A CON MAN, HE HAS 2000 OF MY MONEY AND THOUSAND OF MY FRIEND TRTY TO RING THERE HEAD OFFICE THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE. STAY AWAY

Please please do not use this firm. I stupidly gave them £1,000 of my money and I cannot get it back despite my claims being rejected which is supposed to trigger a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Don't touch with a barge pole. They had approx £3500 of my money over 19 months ago, not one claim has completed, one is suppose to have been refunded but guess what, still no money back! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
