This company preys on you when you are at your most vulnerable. They mainly use telephone communication and say anything to get your business, unless you record the phone calls you have no evidence of what they have said.

There employees try every trick in the book to either to get you to cancel the no win no fee contract so they can apply additional charges. They send photocopied documents with key information blanked off. They attempt to get any money awarded sent direct to them where they deduct their fees first.

BE WARNED AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I certainly would not recommend this lot to anyone ,they're a total ripoff . You do the hard work paying in the money whilst they come along make a few phone calls ,press a few buttons and claim 39.5 % of what is basically your money . Yes they are entitled to a certain amount ,but really do they merit that amount .

They may be able to get you a bit of money back after you do most of the work. Then their demands come before the cheque has cleared. It's then that you realise just how much you have to pay them 39.6 per cent. They send letters which are short on detail and tell you to read the enclosed letter which is not there, (three times this happened).

I am a pensioner and just paying their demands for £2,870.27.

As i stated do not use these firms they prey on people who don't understand how simple it is to claim.

Go to your bank and do it yourself it's easier than you think.

They got me a refund however the charges are an astronomical 39.6 percent, which apparently is stated on their first initial telephone conversation. Considering that I provided them with all my bank information I cannot understand how they can charge such a high fee DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Yes they got me a refund on my bank account charges.........but their fees amounted in total to a staggering 39%...

Detailed,helpfull,insightfull this was the kind of information and help any person wanting advice and guidance on Payment Protection Insurance claims would want,I would want to only use a company that was open,honest and compliant...no upfront charges and with a good track record....

I know these guys well,they deserve to succeed,one of my best friends used them and won over £26K back on a credit card claim and he thought that he would win £6k maximum...If in doubt contact them and work it out for yourself...you will be impressed too with the open style and honest answers.

I was really happy with this compnay. Yes, they take their fees but I filled in the forms and they did everything. I've now been offered over £4000 something I never thought I would get back so this is a bonus. It took 10 weeks as I cam accross my original paperwork which makes it quicker.

I've recommended them to a load of my friends and family so not bad!

I heard about the mis-sale of PPI on the news recently and decided to chase up a few loans I had taken out, Real Life Services was the first company that I contacted and I'm happy to say that I'm glad I chose them. They provided me with all the information I needed to fill in and I had my refund from Lloyd's TSB within 6 weeks of starting the process. Overall I'm very impressed with the high level of professional service I received.

Great private client service from bank refunds in their Cheltenham Office. I would recommend them for any one with a loan credit card or mortgage. I didnt realise how much money I was actually owed until i spoke to one of their advisers.

Overall I wasn't bothered by their 25% fee as they found an extra 3 claims for me while processing my first claim. (This uncovered a further 3k back to me!)

So after my first thoughts of not being too sure about using them, ironically i'm now telling all of my friends!

I initially entered my information in the bankrefunds.net website but was unsure if they could actually help me find out if i was owed any money back, However I was pleasantly surprised when they said I was entitled to a refund from my credit card (mbna)

After going through their information they sent to me in the post, i was initially a little skeptical, as i had to give quite a bit of information. However i'm chuffed i went ahead as i got £800 quid back.It did take 8 weeks which was a bit slow but hey all good now!
