9 Months In Of Gross Incompetence Chasing Money Not Owed

Completely useless and incompetent. I have been in a 9 month (so far and still counting battle!) with them. I do not owe any money to them. I have spent hours on the phone sent bank statements proving the money is not owed and yet they have done nothing to rectify it continuing to chase. I’m in the process of taking both them and NatWest to the Financial ombudsman service. All of this should have been resolved when I 1st spoke to them not still on going after over 50 hours on the phone with evidence emailed to them. The managers are even worse.

I have requested via freedom of information act all of the data, notes, conversations they have on record between them and myself as well as the all the communications between them and NatWest regarding this matter and am taking them to the cleaners.

Furious doesn’t even come close to how I feel about them and their malpractice. They don’t even deserve 1 star but that’s least I can give

Superb Service

Have made a full payment on an outstanding debt and found it quick, easy and secure. Time taken for the actual call to be answered was remarkably short so my time was not spent waiting in a queue.

Kept ringing and putting the phone down . When they finally decided to talk they were very rude . Disgusting attitude , really need to work on their customer service skills.

Lovely Company

I have a few accounts that were passed to Moorcroftt when I faced financial difficult after becoming unemployed; everyone I spoke to at the company were very helpful and helped me set up a affordable repayment plan tailored to me; they focus on the customer more than any other company I have dealt with.

Not That Bad I Guess?

Sent out a letter and they titled it with big red warnings and final warnings and such (bare in mind this was the first , the only and last letter they sent ) so that was pretty much a pain in the rectum move on their part. Call staff, spoke to a gentlemen , very polite and apologised to me about the letter! So that was something and arranged the direct debit and it was all sorted in 5 minutes. However I had a very small dent maybe that makes a difference to how they treat you? Wouldn't recommend though.

Moorcroft Group Rude And Abrasive Call Staff

Very unfriendly and unhelpful. The woman who was being rude to me on the phone refused to let me speak to her supervisor. If you ever find yourself in debt and your debtors try to recover the debt through them GO TO THE CITIZENS ADVICE BEREAU. Do not attempt to handle them yourself because they will only bully and enrage you.
