Traumatic
My first claim on my car insurance in 20 years. Car was broken into and stolen from outside my house. Initially surprised they outsourced the process to other group to investigate. Understand now that means they can distance themselves from issues. Over 3 months later the case is still open, we have no idea what is happening. 2 key workers and nothing but stress and anxiety. Worst company service imaginable.
Avoid like the plague.

Avoid Like The Plague, The Worst Claims Process Ever!
my motorcycle was stolen from outside my house during the night of August bank holiday. it now nearly the end of November and the claim is still not settled. They only provide a premium rate phone number, don't answer emails, lose files and are without a doubt the worst insurance company ever.
