Worst company ever had to talk to. The sales person was really rude and terrible person. Had different quote from one of staff and he is giving different quote saying its there if you want it otherwise itsyour choice i can not do anything about it. Was misguided by one staff and other staff just pathetic. Never recommend to anyone to even think about getting insurance with them. If this how they treat for quotes how they will treat when you will be with them.

Please avoid.

If you make a claim it will never be dealt with, and if someone made a claim against you they never challenge it or defend it.

They outsource all their services and when claim company they ask you to call CoverMyCab and will be round and round in cycle.

Refund Policy Is Terrible.

Their refund policy is horrible. If you cancel your policy after 6 month and one day they will charge you for the whole 12 month. If you are not sure you can keep your policy for a year never buy from them. Second ask questions the representative about the cancellation and refund repeatedly and if possible record them in case you need to use as a proof...still I will advise there are so many other insurance companies they are cheaper and also not brokers... Never ever buy policy from brokers.

Customer Service Is Nonexistent

1) Stated my claim does not exist when reported in November. Had to chase numerous times.

2) Logged my claim twice and incorrectly logged one as faulty, had to supply proof from their recommended insurance provider on multiple occasions.

3) Sent my no claims years incorrectly when I joined a different provider, chased over 3 days for their IT issues to be resolved.

The Worst Customer Service

The worst customer service I ever encounter in my life, this is my first negative feedback,

I had to do it, these people are unhelpful, all they want is your money.

That all I can say. Whatever you do, never use them. I took a cover with them, I had 28 days to send back my agreement,

Although I was in contact with them all the way, telling them that I was waiting for my Pco, all they wanted was to take my £500 and they ask me to pay them another £200+. Although I sent them proof from TFL.

they don't want to help, and if you ask for a manager they put the phone down on you. I made a big big mistake.

Never ever do your insurance with them otherwise your money will be all wasted. I take a policy from them and paid a deposit of £572 and cancelled with in 10 days, by law you have 14 days to cancel and they will refund you all your money back after deducting £70 cancellation fee. But this company said we deduct £70 cancellation fee, £219 for something else and remaining all amount for any other thing, so it’s all clear & now we owe you £0.00. I provided them with all my documents, formalities and my previous insurance covering letters but still no use. With in my 10 days trial period TFL Officer outside Victoria station stopped and said me that all your other things are all right but I suggest you to change your insurance company that’s why I changed my mind and cancelled my insurance with this company after 9-10 days.

They trying to accept your fault

They don't supply any courtesy car because it's your fault even it's not sure who's fault?

They trying to accept you as you done accident not other driver done.

They want money they don't want to give you service

Deliberately Delaying To Refund My Money.

they said they would refund my money by cheque. never heard anything after that. i called a week later. they said cheque is in process. i called next week, they said it has processed and they will post it. called later they said it was posted yesterday. waited a week there was no cheque on the post. i called again and told them the situation. they said they will cancel the cheque and issue another one. call them one week later they havent sent or issue another cheque. i asked them not to send me another cheque because i want to come and get the cheque. their office is nearly 100 miles from my house. they have said i can come to the office and take my cheque anytime. i asked them opening hours. they sent me email. next day i drove there.

when i went to their office today, they said previous cheque has not been cancelled yet so they can not issue another cheque to me. i told them your staff told me that on the phone yesterday my previous cheque has cancelled and they can issue another cheque and i could collect it if i come there and this is why i am here. at the end i had to leave their office. that day i did not work and i lost my wage and paid petrol to travel there too. the cheque is not small amount. i really needed that money.

they are useless. i strongly believe that they do it deliberately to delay payouts. i do not know if there are other people in same situation with this company. i will complain them as many places as i can.

I Got The Cheapest Rate From Cover My Cab

I would recommend Cover My Cab they offered the best rate for my taxi insurance and offered me legal expenses and public liability cover as well. the staff were very helpful and knew their stuff. I got all my documents by email the same day. Will definitely be renewing my policy with them next year!
