Avoid!!
AVOID!!! I took a policy out on my vintage car policy was £275 monthly payments £33 monthly payments on several occasions was refused (premium credit who they got to take over the policy) they on several occasions tried taking the money early and late and given £25 charges each time it wasn't in when they chose to take. I asked for to be changed and offered to pay a month in advance and was refused. Fast forward after so far paying £258 insurance the insurance has been cancelled 5 months early and they now want another £150 extra for cancelling

Terrible Renewal Costs
i had four policies with landlord insurances and never made a claim , only to find that rentals had gone up 50% for no reason they could explain ,
i had many other policies with adrian flux but will be moving them now too
there are many other better insurance providers out there

Worst Broker Ever
Unhelpful broker. Absolutely try and get out of paying any claims on technicalities and have not once been a proactive broker during renewals process hoping every customer will just roll over their policies without checking any changes. They should just close up shop. I am taking legal action.
Rip Off
Was told I would get a refund on a pro rata bass is as I knew I would only need landlord insurance for 3 months, I paid £196 for the year to get £48 back!!! How does that work?!!!! So I paid £148 for 4 months! Absolute rip off.

Don't Go There For House Insurance
Had a call from them today as my house insurance renewal is due. Very friendly sales person who went though quote with me and came up with a very competitive price. I do not usually agree to pay on the day but I was assured if I changed my mind I would receive a full refund as long as I cancelled before the date of the start of the policy. I asked what star rating the company they had found was and was told 5* and twice made sure that if i was not happy once I had the quote in writing, I would receive a full refund, so I gave my card details. I looked at reviews of this company and the insurer to find the insurer is 3* and the reviews poor re customer service for both companies. I decided within an hour to cancel. I rang the freephone number to be told I had to ring an 01 number to cancel. I rang and was put on hold for 20 minutes for them to hang up before I even said my name. I rang again and explained I wanted to cancel, a very helpful agent offered to find another company and I explained that my concern about quality had been reinforced by my long wait to get though to their customer services and being cut off. I was then told there would be a charge of £65. I made it clear I had asked and that as they record calls I felt confident I was in the right to expect a full refund. They went away and said they would refund in full. They are cheap!

Rip-off Merchants
We turned to Adrian Flux because our house was underpinned in the early seventies and it seemed simpler to have them look for building insurance than for us to do it. "Hmm very tricky" they said "And the fact that you have an extension with a flat roof (like just about every other house in London) makes it even more difficult but we are brokers so we can find you something" and sure enough they did: £399. Assuming we were now pathetically grateful to them for insuring what they lead us to believe was our virtually uninsurable house they quoted around £400 for utterly basic contents insurance. Somehow these "specialist brokers" in their search for suitable insurance missed the fact that L&G ignore any history of subsidence/underpinning more than fifteen years old. L&G happily gave us building insurance for £170 and bells and whistles contents insurance for £140. Flux truly are specialist brokers and their specialism is finding a way for you to pay the most money possible for their services by ignoring any cheaper option you might be eligible for. They are the loan sharks of the insurance business.
Horrific Cancellation Charges
Adrian Flux are great at getting you a low quote but thats where it ends, i should have reserched them better and saved my money..... original quote was not sufficient once i recieved the policy wording so another quote.. up £40 again was not sufficient once policy wording was received so they tweeked it....another £200 what a joke ....so i cancelled and got the dreaded £45 cancellation fee which if you read the reveiws is all to common and for 7 days cover that would not even have been fit for purpose...my opinion read the reviews and avoid!
To be fair they have now contacted me to refund the charges as a goodwill gesture..
