Ansvar Household Insurance

sorry to say that when I rang because of a leaking roof all call centre staff in a meeting? and when I did get through they said they wouldnt cover the claim as we had a crack in the roof. Now how can they assess a problem from a phone. Husband tried ringing later but phone was on answer phone stating open hours. I would hope an insurance company would be available 24 hours a day. The broker was Grove Dean and when I said I wanted to cancel the policy they did so immediately and would refund £58 from a £178 insurance which had only been running 3 months.Staff from both companies kept putting me on hold and transferring me to the other company.
